I feel like all of this stuff makes a 0.000001% difference. The only noticeable change would surely come from sleeping well, not eating terribly, not being too stressed, and not taking drugs/smoking/drinking.

I work away from home. When i work away, I eat and train very well and sleep relatively well, waking up through the night 2-3 times to piss. Yet when im home, my diet and training go out the window but i sleep like a baby!

Our bodies are hard to get very symmetrical, plus both sides probably aren't recruiting the same exact muscle fibers, plus lifestyle, sit in certain postions or lean slightly to one side, things become unbalanced etc.

Its all about discipline and moderation. Enjoy yourself but dont take the piss. Pretty simple

ferns in your room preduce the most oxygen and require the least light, quality oxygen in your sleep is key 🙂
