Morrison is one of the very best Cameraman on earth... 1 in 1000 people has artistic talents like that... really appreciate him.
That is honestly the best chuck BBQ recipes I've ever seen, and I've been grilling for 20 years. Tremendous! I also really like the fact that, they showcasing cheaper cuts of meat. I'm on a budget, I don't always have money for Brisket and Ribeye.

I actually made chuck roast burnt ends last weekend. They're pretty good, but they were a little dry due to being leaner. The the best way to make an amazing batch of burnt ends for a small number of people is with a three-bone rack of short ribs.
I'm definitely going to try this recipe 😋
Pre-Cube the meat before you smoke to get the ultimate bark and smoky flavor. Put it on a chicken mesh and cuts the cooking time significantly this way.

Great video. I made these burnt ends yesterday and they tasted great. The peach sauce was a different touch. I think it would be good on ribs or a pork steak too. My wife liked them too and she didn't care for the brisket burn ends. I was still surprised it took 9 hours for this little 3 1/4 lb chuck roast. Eet smakelijk.

I have been refreshing, waiting for another Kettle Joe video. Trying to decide whether to get the latest Weber Master Touch Premium or the Kettle Joe, and I'm so on the fence. I've already discounted the SnS grill for myself. UK prices are bonkers too!

I have the latest Weber Master Touch Premium and I would go for the Kettle Joe 100 percent. The build quality of the Weber is just poor in my oppinion. Hinge is the best part, but then again it does not close the lid as it should. All in all it just feels too wobly and not good for that price at all. Unfortunately I bought it online during covid without looking at it in a store first. I've seen the build video of Pitmaster and the quality and sturdyness is just awesome.
You can put a try under the meat to catch the drippings.
My OCD style mind kicked in as you sprinkled the rub on as the finer parts like salt paprika and garlic all separated as you were putting it on the Chuck and stayed at the bottom of the jar 🤦♂️🤦♂️ still a mega video

How long did it take to get to an internal 70 at that cooking temp?
FYI, you don't need to buy a whole brisket to make burnt ends. In KC we'll ask for a brisket point from the butcher if the goal is to only make burnt ends. Granted, chuck roast is generally easier to procure, but the outcome is not the same.
So basically you cook it like ribs. Another trick for burnt ends or anything that you braze To tenderize it, especially if you over cook or dry out something is tallow but you can getWagyu Tello now and if you wanna make it absolutely pure magic, use duck fat. You should really do a video on brazing and the different things you can use and maybe even an entirely separate video on duck fat, even with a steak it’s like magic
