Historical trends don’t really matter at all . Even the sports books put these trends out there . Example, the patriots is 0-6 against the spread at home . If trends was that important, the sports book will never but this information out there . Remember, trends go out the window every day lol

I watch ZETRO sports on TV, I don't follow NBA or MLB, and I only watch a few teams in the NFL. BUT - I bet on golf, soccer, cricket, tennis and whatever else comes up with a good arbitrage or +EV bet. I could not care less about my local teams or any other sport. Handicapping is a waste of time. I only look for +EV and arb, and I make a dozen bets per day. If you handicap you will waste hours on just one sport or one team.
