I am a hydra main and I LOVE the hydra so much but man the new one is just giving me an icky feeling I wanna play it but I also don't cuz I don't wanna play a weapon with a special that literally makes people feel pain but also I've waited what? 2 YEARS! for a new Hydra to use. I will admit I'm in love with all the other new weapons especially the 2 splatana's

Bamboo's new kit is awesome for it as Bamboo is probably one of the best weapons to utilise chumps. Theres the obvious damage combo which'll help bamboo massively but it can also utilise the body blocking utility of the chumps super well as well to help it charge shots in close range combat Both Fizzy and Chumps are excellent for paint too which makes this kit an excellent Zones niche Oh and you can use fizzy to poke from safety and you know that if it even hits one enemy once, that enemy is dead to a charged bamboo shot~ Lots of synergy and it means theres less killer wail in the game which is a plus for nearly everyone

Run a couple sub power up pures with that Heavy Edit, and watch the entire lobby flee in terror, as they realize even your bombs have insane lethal range.

As a edit main, I'm so happy that edit nouveau gets some cool kits such as splat bomb and crab tank, it makes me even more happy, i can't wait to play the nouveau edit

Mist should get a buff where 10 frames after entering its effect radius, every 60 frames (or 1 second), the player inflicted will lose 5% of their special gauge. Makes it so players can't just charge through it as easily without more dire effects, and nerfs special spam since weapons this sub is best against also happen to be weapons that love spamming specials (Splattershot, Nzap, Snipewritter) That aside, the Bamboozler kit is actually REALLY good. Chumps isn't amazing, it's the type of special where both the main and sub need to work well with it, which is the case for the Mk2, since Fizzy and Bamboo both are insane together, especially now that Bamboo doesn't have to use all of its subs on MPU or SPU for Bubbles.

@@Starlit_Onion That's why there's a delay, and it's 5% per 60frames. That way you wouldnt lose your special instantly if your gauge is full. Mist is also on a very limited pool of weapons, and is already a fairly expensive sub. Special Spam is still a huge issue that needs some countermeasure, and giving one of the worst and rarest subs the ability to slowly deplete the gauge is a good way to balance it.

As a fan of Bamboozlee and Range Blaster, I’m already hyped to see how they will blow up the map with new kits (About the Hydra it probably will patch it up with an Ink Mine)

These Kits Are Very Good!

I would see the mist being poisonous more useful, let me explain this mist would still be called what's it called but with a twist it does damage to anyone that steps into it say like 10 damage every millisecond kinda like the rainmaker ability or whatever but even more effective and stronger because it does more damage overtime than the rain special does. I have had this concept to make this special more useful for about 2 years.
