Hey Renea, those chicken breasts are most likely from Cornish cross chickens and not pumped with steroids. ( I know you were kidding but others might not know where they come from) They are bred so that they grow out in 6-7 weeks. They get super big breasts and are what the food industry use to feed America. You can order them from hatcheries to grow out yourself. My family likes all the meat but we don’t grow them ourselves anymore because they look kinda nasty. They grow so fast because they hang out on the ground near the feed dish all day waiting for the next meal and their feathers don’t always cover their whole body. Love your channel💚

Are you ready for this storm? I think I am...we shall see! I did a grocery order yesterday just to make sure I had enough to get by, and my shopper said he still had a full list of orders to fill, and that was at 3 pm. He said Meijer was jam packed, not surprisingly. I think you're right about those rolls, and I've noticed it with a number of products. It makes figuring out old family recipes rather challenging sometimes! Be safe and stay warm this weekend. And thank you for another great video!

Hi Renea, I agree you do not need to precook your hamburger. I make stew with frozen hamburger all the time, I find it holds together verry well if you put it into the boiling water when it's frozen, in fact I usually have to break it apart by hand once it is cooked. It keeps it's flavour better and adds a lot more to the stew that way. The only time I had a problem with it falling apart was when I put it in the stew unfrozen, I fixed that by making the unfrozen hamburger into tight balls before putting it into the boiling water.

I am actually right on a very busy street. You can come anytime, and we'll have coffee my friend. You will need to figure out the cost you have to produce your goods and you can double it for starters. Some items won't yield you double and others will triple so it will all pan out, but you must figure your cost first.

What a wonderful video and such great ideas. I'm sure you know this, but thought I mention it anyway for anyone who doesn't know. Sometimes when I make anything with my tomatoes from my garden, there is a bit of a bitter acidity taste. I learned recently to avoid that bitterness or otherwise pungent flavor. Just add a teaspoon of baking soda and it neutralizes the acidity. Thanks for sharing Renee. Hug's from across the pond and buried in over a foot of snow in Wisconsin LOL!
