In 2022, Utah residents were on alert when a goose nicknamed Gangsta kept blocking them from walking on a path. In 2022, a monk seal protecting its cubs attacked a swimmer in Honolulu. All those people just standing around watching and recording as that lady is being attacked by a seal and big mouth in the background even yelling at her to "get out" really made my blood boil, like WHY IS NOBODY HELPING HER?!?! It's not like she was out in the middle of the ocean and hard to get to, she was in shallow waters right next to land! Even though I'd probably be a little scared, I would physically not be able to just stand there and watch, I'd be running out there trying to do whatever I could to help before I even realized my legs were moving.. it would just be a natural instinct for me and it boggles my mind how people can just stand around and watch someone get attacked by someone or something and do absolutely nothing.
