when your on younger teams like this basically all these teams are just kids that developed way earlier, and then when you get up into hs and college you have teams that are actually decided by skill

I played on a Stacked team myself as a youth.After the regular season was over We had All Stars and almost every time we played in another County My Dad And a few others would have our birth certificates in hand. On the 25th Year Anniversary of when my Dad's Team (New Market Civitans) Randleman NC played in the Little Leage World Series in Shreveport PA I took the mound against Walnut Cove at our Home Field in , with Banners And News Press everywhere I tossed a 1 hit 1walk 15 K's performance for my Dad.They wanted to see my Birth Certificate and I guess my Dad knew I was gonna Rise To the Occasion cause he also had my Baby Picture this time. Those Days Only come around 1 time .

My son played with a kid who was 5’11” at 12yrs old. He was hitting home runs and throwing hard. By the time they all turned 15-16 everyone else caught up and he was just average. These are just kids that’s matured early, don’t worry everybody is going to catch up. It all evens out at about 17

Yup it Evens out around 15. I was one of those 12 year olds. 5”7 135 pounds. Ranked best 12 year old pitcher in maryland. We wasnt throwing from 60 feet at 12 years old. Made Varsity in 9th grade at 14. Came in throwing 81. By end of highschool i was barely touching 85mph. I never trained tho lol. Graduated high school 2003

True dat. i;m 12 and play PerfectGame alot and the best players (Carter Nash; Cameron Hockett) are 5'10" 150, throw 78, and can hit it 350 ft. I am 5'4" 115 which is not small but definetly not big, throw 72, 73 and have 80 mph OF velo. I'm a pretty good pitcher but always get discouraged when these man children beat me. Then i heard a story 2 kids, same team and 12 years old. one is 5'8" 145 and one is 5'2''' 105 at . The big kid was named brody and the little one calvin. at 12u brody dominated and played the national series for PG. Cal played at the all state games and cooperstown. at 13u brody one western us player of the year. cal was on a new team where he played more at 3b/ss and centerfield. he was throwing 79mph while brody threw 84. time on and brody committed to OSU at 14. cal kept -playing and got a lil bit of JUCO/community college looks. 15u season passed and then 16u happened. Cal was 6'2" throwing 91 and dominated at 3b. What happpened to brody. Mr. big 13u guy was only 6 foot and threw 84 he wasn't gonna play for OSU anymore. slowly mr 13u prodigy fell off the map . At the end oof the 18u season, Cal committed to Point Loma University. he was throwing 97. after his first year at PLU he transferred to OSU and is finishing his junior seaason with a .749 WHIP and a 2.204 ERA. The end. (for now)

So one thing I was happy to see was how fundamentally sound they are. They make great defensive plays on both teams. I would have thought that it would have been an error filled game or slugfest. Well coached both sides.

I’m in 7th grade, I’m 5’4 and 5’5 on a good day. It’s hard to tell the height but if I’m right these guys are a lot bigger than normal 7th graders, I’ve seen some big ones but almost the whole team has birth certificates that say “I am 12” in green crayon with a 20 dollar bill

The one team is from Puerto Rico to Washington state to NYC to Monterey NL, Mexico and carries 26 players. The pinstripes are 15 players all from a 50 mile radius of Edinburg Texas. It's all about how much money you're willing, or able, to spend.

Good team, probably the best in the nation, but half are 8th graders. They have a few younger 13 yrs, but most will be 14 by May. All their ages are on the PG website to look up.

Ahhh the good Old Broncos they are From South Texas at the Very bottom of Texas I am from where they based at but lots of those guys are around the Valley like Harlingen,TX McAllen,TX Weslaco,TX Mission,TX and ETC. So they are not from the same area they are from around the Valley. I played with a bunch of those guys mostly are Joe Nunez- Outfielder and Pitcher and Isaiah Olivarez- mostly a Catcher and I also went to Middle school with them. They where both 7th Graders when this video was posed but they are both in the 8th Grade Joe Nunez in a hold back he should be with me a 9th Grader but his parents wanted him to be the best in the Broncos Elite Team. Lots of those guys in the Broncos team are studs and they may look really good when you see them in person but when it’s a High School tournament it’s game over for the Broncos or sometimes during their own age tournament like this one a 13u tournament they can just fall apart and lose. I played against them with my team and at first it was scary but now it just like a normal thing even though the are Top 10 Ranked in PG Fun Fact: The Broncos just played a tournament at Las Vegas on 20 and 21 of January of 2024, and on the 21 they got blown out by a California team that’s not even ranked and the Broncos are ranked, so that what I’m saying that they can fall apart in tournaments that are their age so that why I am not scared of playing them anymore🤷🏽

When I saw the thumbnail I thought it was a parody. I don't remember 7th graders looking like this. These kids are just big. Nothing stood out to me as amazing or anything. The catcher has some work to do. He has to work on his pitch framing and hustle. I've never seen a catcher pull a strike out of the zone so many times in my life. I don't know if the rules have changed since I was a catcher in Babe Ruth league (27 years ago), but if my mask was still on after a foul, I was running laps.

I knew they were poorly coached when I saw that he keeps his non-glove hand inside his legs when the pitch is coming. Needs to move it out of the way so a foul tip doesn’t ruin his hand.

#22 looked like that when he was 11. Helps to have grown man size at 11 y/o.
