Love barbecue season! Hope it’s warm and sunny where you are too. Happy weekend! 💕
Girl, go get'chu a Weber Kettle and be done with it! Not too expensive, VERY versatile, doesn't take up much room. LOVE me some ribs. Thanks for the variations, God bless you two in your efforts.
Every time you mention cilantro my 5 year old granddaughter says, “I loooove cilantro!” She also wanted me to put the heart.❤
There should be a series called “Dude cooks Flo’s recipes”
P.S. Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all!!!

Thank you!!
Dude better get hip hopping getting Flo a BBQ grill!!!
My late husband said the best time to buy a grill when they're really low priced is in winter! I bought my small weber grill for $99 dollars!!
You can stand the uncut ribs up in the pot and coil it around. You’d be surprised at how much you can fit in.
I wish I could smell all those aromas❤️

You can. Just make it at home.
This isn't directly related to your theme of Asian BBQ recipes, but riffs on the ribs + BBQ idea set. Sorry about that, but after hip replacement surgery (a fall in the middle of the night broke my hip), I'm only now getting back into my cooking, and what follows is a huge favorite of mine and a family-pleaser. Yeah, I'm healing up pretty well and praise the surgeon+team and the Rehab center's Occupational and Physical Therapists (OT/PT) for my progress. Anyhow, on to the ribs!! When cooking (beef or pork) ribs on a charcoal grill over at my sister's house, I cut fronds from a large rosemary bush in the back yard and drop two or three at a time under the grates and onto the coals, then close the lid. The oily rosemary smoke is amazingly fragrant and works into the meat. The whole backyard smells great! This approach is probably best with a rub and without a glazing sauce, though. hehe Sometimes I also place halved sourdough loaves brushed with olive oil to bask on the upper rack in the BBQ barrel and soak up some of the rosemary's smoky goodness.
Pork is great. We have good quality pork in the UK. Decent prices too
Thanks Dude for the aluminium pronunciation!! Love from Jonie in Scotland. Have a blessed weekend ❤❤❤
Nice to see you Flo and Dude. Recipes look amazing. Love the pork ribs. Cheers Vancouver
I have the old China Moon orange chili noodle salad recipe. That would be brilliant with any of these.
All of these recipes are great. I will be doing them all summer long. Thanks, guys and God bless! 👍👍

I’m in love with all your ribs. I haven’t seen u in awhile and I kept hearing the cats. I was thinking those kids are having fun. Or let them free. Than I laughed when I know we have little cats too. Our cats would be talking. Thanks for ur channel love them all. Have a great day.
I like to season both sides
Thanks for the recipes Flo.❤
Red food coloring is what give the it the red tenting look for the char Siu ribs
Thanks for the recipes! Curious, have you ever done a pig roast, or been part of that process? The last wedding I went to, said they were 'doing a pig', but it came all precut and shredded in bags for the host to reheat. It was good, but not what I thought it was going to be. I was wanting to try the crispy skin, just once, but there was none to be had.

I have never cooked a whole pig myself but yes... roasted pig is a big deal at weddings. In fact, our wedding banquet was delayed for an hour because the pig arrived late! If you want to try making a small portion, use this recipe: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fIiE1pqxhsLTm9Y.htmlsi=-zw0sQVri68fMIGS
Can't wait to try. If I cut into individual rib portions, how long should I bake and at what temperature, thanks

I would use the following instructions for doing the ribs in the oven. Hope that helps. 1. Cut ribs into smaller portions (2 or 3 per rack). 2. Place each portion on separate pieces of aluminum foil. Pour marinade/sauce liberally over each portion. Wrap foil tightly around each portion and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. 3. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and bake for 2 1/2 hours. 4. Carefully remove aluminum foil as there will be a lot of steam and sauce inside the packages. You can cut the ribs between the bones at this time or leave them. Baste each portion with the sauce and turn your broiler on, move the ribs to the top of your oven and broil for a few minutes until the sauce caramelizes.

If i have chopped lemon grass bought frim the asian grocers, how many tbsp of that in the marinade for the Vietnamese ribs.
Sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami...you know this, I'm just reminding you.😉

No to bitter! The 4th S is for spicy! 😉
Flo and Dude ❤❤❤😮😮😮😊😊😊
A Question: Would marinating the Ribs in a FoodSaver Container, in a Vacuum, help infuse the Flavour deeper in the Meat? This with a Liquid Marinade of course.

Sorry… I have no idea how those things work. You can definitely give it try.
Dommage que les ingrédients et le développement de la recette ne soit pas en Français 😞
Food coloring makes it red
