Morning Derek. Another great fix. Job ticked off the list. Did you clean the mating face on the engine block for new thermostat housing gasket to sit against? Also is that a fault on all those thermostat housings where it breaks? As I can't figure out how the piece snaps off when the housing is in position. This may of course be a stupid question from a stupid bloke 🤔🤔 I've just changed the thermostat housing & thermostat on our Punto recently, but it was so much easier to get to than your fusion one, gosh the parts you had to remove just to gain access to it. Don't need to clean the face. The rubber gasket is attached to the housing.

New to the channel, what's the reliability of the fusion

Yes, overall, they are. Just occasionally though somthing kicks - off!
