I love me some nuclear chaos! Woo! There's a small misconception in the vid. Plastium stuff has a bonus overheat of 900ºC, but plastium itself melts at 1800ºC. Meaning that you can build ladders and transit tubes through magma if you want (magma spawns at 1700ºC), but if you place a mini pump in magma, although it won't melt, it will take overheat damage until it breaks.

I would say taming the Niobium vocano is a worthy project! Now a days there are very compact and simple designs, raw niobium by itself is better than steel AND you get so much that it will be super useful given we are still fairly metal starved

Would a door -> critter sensor work to get the moos unstuck? If less than 2 moos, open door. Assuming the moo that is stuck doesn't get detected by the sensor if it's base square is obscured

Ever since they added that pathing to the grooming, shearing and etc. stations so critters queue up to get groomed, their behaviour is quite messed up if you build the stations in a way that interferes with the pathing. I had that problem with Drecko farms designs that use blobs of water (which is a trick that is quite glitchy on its own) to partially cut off access to the room so they don't wander around too much. Putting the grooming stations in specific locations in the room and/or using blobs of water to limit their mobility can cause the critters to be stuck. I searched up and down on the Klei and Steam forums, but no one explained why this happened. After quite a lot of trial and error I noticed that the critters get stuck if they don't have a clear way to move after they are groomed, because they are scripted to move a bit to the right side of the station in a straight line after the grooming service. My recommendation is to build the stations in a way that leaves a bit of space (2-3 tiles) in both sides and avoid changing the floor elevation next to the stations. Try to allow the critter to move in a straight line after they are serviced so their scripted movement is not disturbed in any way. I would also say that this applies to the tiles next to the plants the critters eat, because I had problems with that as well. An example of this last case would be those glass tiles you have next to the gas grass, which (if my theory is correct) are the ones actually causing the moos to get stuck after they eat, although I'm not so sure about that one.
