    Thank you so much Sir. Where is the O-ring? Is it in the back of the torch or in socket of the plasma?

    Thanks for sharing, very helpful. For connection issues, you could try some contact cleaner (EX: WD-40 Specialist Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray)

    Hi, Can you show a video on how you went about setting up controller or building all components on how to make and run table. Great couple videos you have. They are in simple and show that a big fancy table is not needed to get cuts like you do. Thanks

    There are too many controllers or different ways to run the table. There are also alot of videos and info out there already that show this and how I built my table. I will be making my plasma table from 5ftx4ft to 8ftx5ft using my old table parts to build it bigger and I might do a video of that. I recently put a candcnc mp3500 control package on with bigger stepper motors and a scribe. Also did away with the td52.

    @@tothwelding8329 Thanks for the reply. Really like your videos. You speak on my level. So many videos go so fast you can not even see what they are doing. Your table is not the best looking, But wow it shows that you do not need these fancy tables. Your cuts are amazing they look better that 20k table. Is that the plasma cutter ? everyone seems to use Hyper Therm . Would be great to see more videos and if you build a bigger table. Thanks

    @@tothwelding8329 also I have a problem with my torch starting late. So my cnc starts to move before my torch comes on. I already have the max delay start in my program but is not enough. You happen to know a fix?

    I don't have any problem at all with nothing starting late. I would just buy one that has support that way they can tell you how to run the machine. My machine is home made and doesn't work like anyone else's.

    If the arc is going out it probably has something to do with your start cartridge. Its spring loaded

    If you don't get an arc check this.... Part of the cup hides in a slot in the handle. In that slot is a little switch that senses the edge of the cup. If this switch doesn't sense the cup ----- no arc --- red light at !

    I have a cutmaster 42. There is no air getting to the handle. I jumped the pressure switch, nothing. I checked voltage to the solenoid that opens and provides air to the handle. Should have 24volts dc to the solenoid, I have nothing. Any experience with this problem? I've downloaded the service manual, so I'll go through the input output voltage checks. Thought you may have run across this. Thank you for your time.

    Did you have to install the cnc interface board to hook up to torch height controller. I have the CM52 and was able to trigger switch to cut without THC but I want to install a proma thc and was wondering how it’s wired on yours.

    No i didn't use a cnc interface board for the plasma machine. I have the proma thc mounted right to the side of my Plasma machine case with a 4x2 wet location electrical box. Ran the high voltage to the proma and all the high voltage wires are all still in the case. The up,down, arc ok are run through inputs on my board and im running LinuxCNC

    So you get raw voltage from inside the machine on board? Positive which clamp and negative from electrode?

  • @tothwelding8329

    @tothwelding8329

    Raw voltage from lead inside the machine. The ground lead is actually the positive and the torch is negative. They are attached to board with a nut. Youll see when you take machine apart.
