The first donkey needed a much better trim on her broken hooves AND she needed more cleaning and antiseptic applied then covered with something to protect her from further infection.

I don't think you understand. They're in a different country. They don't have funding like we do. Have you seen all those donkeys that they care for? I'm sure they're doing the best they can with what they have. At least they're being cared for instead of being abused and neglected. I think that's why they have a KZread channel so that they can get money to pay for their needs. Don't be so judgmental

why aren't they applying boots or something to keep there injured hoove off the dirty floor so it can heal properly, nothen heals if it continues has dirt being stuffed in a wound because of walking!!

It's one thing to reshape the hoof, and another to fix it. You need to learn to clean up the frog and how to do wound care, and repair damaged hoof areas. Why don't you have hoof knives for cleaning up the frog areas?

I cant get over how strong these trimmers have to be to hold a donkeys foot up when said donkey is fighting holding still. Those feet are hard too! Glad they finally got the length off of them. Sometimes you just gotta be glad you can do anything at all when it’s obvious the owners aren’t doing any maintenance on the regular.

These are probably not pack or work donkeys and are likely being raised for consumption. Also probably why no long term solutions are implemented as these donkeys are not long term life subscribers.
