So, going by what you are saying here, you actually weren’t 100% for trump. There was actually a (small) chance that you would have voted for Biden, but after hearing this guest on the PBD interview, Biden no longer has any chance with you, and you are voting for trump for sure. Lincoln was basically America's first dictator when you look into it and helped set the stage for Wilson and FDR. His nickname of "Honest Abe" was always a sarcastic one since he was an absurdly corrupt railroad lawyer. He shut down newspapers, threw his critics into prison without trial(which he could do since habeus corpus was suspended), orchestrated the start of the Civil War by sending warships to Fort Sumter to provoke the South into firing on them(before it was a secession crisis where both sides were negotiating back and forth), both approved of and relished in Sherman's war crimes, and even sent armed soldiers to "look after" judges to make sure they made rulings he approved of. He even had a secret police that was run by William Seward. Man was an evil monster. If you want to know more read "The Real Lincoln". It has citations and quotes for all of this along with documentation for days. He's one of our worst presidents. The only reason the war became about slavery was to keep Europe from supporting the South even though plenty of Northern states had slavery and could be just as brutal if not more so. Lincoln outright stated in his inauguration that he'd let the South leave if they kept paying tariffs, since they paid most of them which made up the Federal Government's budget. They obviously didn't which is when he stopped negotiating and sent the ships to Fort Sumter under explicit orders not to open fire if fired upon. Man deserved what Booth did to him and then some.

I saw Tucker Carlson on FOX News reveal that he asked Sidney Powell for evidence of fraud repeatedly but never received any. I read (from texts) that both Republican congressman Mike Lee & Chip Roy repeatedly asked Rudy Giuliani for evidence of fraud and never received any. Trump's Chief Of Staff's texts revealed a lot of what was going on behind the scenes. The texts back and forth with Hannity revealed that Trump's own internal polling showed that he was in danger of losing on election night. I saw the video of Steve Bannon before the election saying that even if there's no fraud Trump is going to claim there's fraud anyway. I also found it curious that Trump's own beloved daughter & trusted advisor Ivanka did not believe his election claims. I saw the FOX emails which showed that Sidney's source for fraud claims were from an admitted time traveler. I saw FOX News payout over $750 million rather than reveal the evidence of voter fraud that they could have easily gotten from their myriad of Republican sources. I saw Arizona Republican House Speaker Rusty Bowers testify that he asked Rudy Giuliani repeatedly for evidence of fraud, but never received any. I saw Trump's appointee for Director of the Cybersecurity, Chris Krebs, go on TV and say that this was the most secure election in US history. I saw Trump's Attorney General state that he looked into Trump's accusations of fraud & found zero evidence to support the claims. Mark Meadows recently revealed that he repeatedly asked Rudy for evidence of fraud but never received any. What really bothered me was that Ivanka didn't believe the lies. If Donald couldn't convince his own daughter that the election was stolen how was he able to convince millions of MAGA stooges?

Why? Pearl Harbor was an attack on a naval base. 9/11 was an attack on America's ethos (Big Business, military interventions). Which one of those effected the actual democracy in America? Both of those events were truly horrific in that a lot of Americans lost their lives and billions of dollars and more lives spent in the after math. But remember after both Pearl Harbor and 9/11 the country was more solidified. It wasn't a divisive time bomb that threaten democracy and the future of the actual country. Jan 6 is going to go down in history as a failure of democracy in America and gives political systems like communism and fascism and the countries that represent them (such as China) a living example of American weakness. Better or worse is irrelevant. But the fact is Jan 6 to literally everyone but about 30% of the country will be known as a stain on America and democracy. How you people can be puppets to Trump is disheartening and extremely sad. You are all so wrapped up on defending him that you refuse to hold him to the same standards you hold everyone else. But I am guessing you are going to vote for a lifelong con man, that wears orange makeup, was convicted of rape, brags about grabbing women by the p*ssy, went bankrupt twice even with his daddy constantly bailing him out, praises dictators, mocks the military and disabled, mocks others looks when he looks the way he does, ran a fraudulent university and children's cancer charity, wanted to tear up the constitution, was buddies with Epstein, put out a full page add in the newspaper calling for the execution of black men that were found to be innocent and he refused to apologize, sells bibles, and digital trading cards of himself looking ridiculous....I could go on and on forever. But beyond that, I will never understand how people get so entrenched in their cult that they would ever been seen in the trailer trash clothing and the ridiculous Trump flags. I grew up a farm kid and I appreciated republican values and even voted republican at times. Now, I have no idea what the values or policies republicans hold. Family values? Stormy/Beatlejuice/Gates/Moore Fiscally conservative? Republicans have no problem running up the debt giving breaks to the rich and funding wars. Honestly give me one policy Trump is running on. He cares so little about this country that he forced his had to make sure republicans shut down the boarder bill because if he doesn't have hate and fear to run on, what does he have?

As a Canadian, I honesty do not understand American politics. For me, I have tried to examine Trump through various media sources, study and research. Some believe he is fantastic, while others hate him. From what I can see, Trump is great at manipulating his supporters. He highlights the issues with the system and promises to drain the swamp. From what I can see, he is part of the establishment that needs to be drained. Additionally, his comments seem very focused on anyone who dares challenge him. I noticed he often will speak to insinuate certain things, without directly making the comment. When looking at his policies, there was very little in substance. I did notice the massive tax cuts, which are based on the trickle down approach. Make America more appealing to big business and they will not outsource to cheaper markets. Unfortunately this has always been proven to be problematic. Profits go up, but worker rights and salaries are negatively affected. They may have jobs, but low pay. This is more a symptom of Capitalism. The richer get richer, while the working class get poorer.
