Steve is dangerously ignorant on this one. The Bar is in over one hundred countries under mining their country with one world law like the ucc. Which is not an American law. The Bar association controls all three branches of government in violation of the separation of powers clause. The rest of the government jobs take legal advice from bar members. Use the marriage license as proof of unlawful legal advice as marriage is a right not a privilege. Male practice Steve is dangerously ignorant didn't he contract his right to marriage away with the marriage license.

I've heard that our name in all caps denotes a 'corporation' because the US is a corporation and cannot deal with a flesh and blood individual. The 'person' is considered the 'representative' of said corporation (see 'stop the Pirates blogspot. com) Also look at a bank check signature line: it says in micro print 'authorized representative' which further indicates the all caps name as a 'corporation'.

Those theories are describing a very old historical division (dating all the way back to Richard II) that has never been an issue in the US. He'd have to do a lot of research to get a historical background but even modern admiralty is complicated by jurisdictional issues (can Louisianan regulate oil platforms in state waters?). I'm guessing that since insurance contracts for maritime equipment (ships, docks, etc.) are handled in admiralty law, some idiot concluded that all insurance contracts (cars, houses) are governed under admiralty.

Amongst us Private Investigators, it has been said we can't pass a bar, since we could not pass the Bar...I suppose its still better than being a "solicitor", which sounds like someone interested in contracting with sex worker(s)

@TheMicroTrak I actually pass 2 Bars everyday, now that they are closed during this this pandemic. Otherwise I usually frequent one of them at least twice a week after work.

There used to be a bar in old United States that only attorneys and their witnesses could cross to the front of the courtroom. Only a person that has passed the “ Bar “ exam can cross to the front of the court to conduct business, along with a bailiff ( officer of the court ) , and the Judge/Judges.

More in line with your work, "acronym.com" lists BAR as Bureau of Automotive Repair. Oh, and in 1776, they would be swearing an oath to the King, n'est-ce pas?

Is the Constitution the Law of the Land? I thought that it was the framework, that delineated the creation of the law of the US, the rights and responsibilites of the States of the United States and the Citizens of such. I thought the United States Code and the various codes of the states (such as the MCL of Michigan) were the laws of the land.
