I've re-contacted The Range and again they show zero interest in attempting to resolve this issue.
I could not recommend buying garden furniture from The Range if this is the level of quality and this is what happens to it quite quickly, it falls apart. It's actually gotten worse, it's deteriorating rapidly and just disintegrating, like its bio-degradeable garden furniture! I will be making part 5 very soon...
