Both Churchill and Roosevelt were incredible and delivered some of the hardest lines in the series. 2. They both did a great job however have to go with Roosevelt. I've started actually looking up the historical figures in your rap battles and am suprised how much reseach you put into these. I also apprecate the costumes and the effort you put in to make them look as much as they did in exactly like they really were. Who knew learning could be so fun 😊

Legend has it they kept going for two days and two nights more before spontaneously becoming best friends

This still one of the best ERBs of all time. Every verse was a one-two punch, especially Teddy’s “at least they didn’t ditch me” line. Damn.

They put up a huge fight. I feel like this deserves a sequel. They aren't done with each other yet.

He was called a “trust-buster” too, hence the line “I’ll bust a trust fund lush”. Honestly the writing in this one is staggering

This is the only battle where I legitimately can’t pick a winner. I literally love every line from both of them. The ascetics, instrumental, the beat, the disses… this one is perfect to me, I don’t think it will ever be topped, and I’m completely okay with that.

Still to this day one of the best and most evenly matched ERBs. Both had phenomenal bars and although I’d say Roosevelt had the edge, Churchill put up one hell of a fight.

I think my favorite part about Theodore Roosevelt is that he started off as a fancy-dressed weak man but decided to change his image and so he became the version we all love and adore

After his Death, it was said about Roosevelt "Death had to take him sleeping, for if Roosevelt had been awake there would have been a fight".

Trump is a fucking coward who cheated his way out of Vietnam and can't even fire his staff in person. TR lead the Rough Riders in the Spanish-American War, was a cowboy, police commissioner in NYC who walked the beat and busted heads if his officers were slacking, and got shot but continued to give his speech before going to the hospital. Trump is a soft, weak coward who's never worked a day in his live, never done anything he hasn't wanted to do, and cries on Twitter about anything that isn't glowing praise of him. TR was into bodybuilding, wrestling, and pugilism. Trump thinks if you exercise you make yourself die more quickly. The man's an obese clown, and it is pathetic any of you think he's strong or tough just because he cries and complains a lot.

Stalin joined the Allies after German betrayal. Of course, he still maintained his own sphere of influence and kept Russia away from the West for the most part, but he was considered part of the Allies for the last stretch of the war. Russia was the first to reach Berlin, after all. That's why Eastern Europe was Comintern ground after the war, but Western Germany was still ceded to the UK and the USA. They discussed that in the Yalta conference (with the famous picture depicting Stalin, FDR and Churchill sitting together as Allies.)

No ERB has better felt like a clash of two titans than this one.

Personally I just think Dan Bull didn't get to show case his real talent for speed in this one. If there was a sequel, I'd be afraid for Teddy once he started going faster, but either way, this was truly one of my favorites.

This is easily my favorite ERB because I have no fuckin clue who won.

I agree. I'm had to watch it 5 times in a row and then try to keep points. I had to go with which one gave me the most laughs in the end. Teddy just squeaked it out for me. However, I think my favorite line goes to Churchill comma with the asthmatic and choking on cigar line

Even 7 years later this is still one of my all time favourite songs, and videos. Iconic, with amazing bars and incomparable disses. Thank you ERB for years of amazing work and content.

Lloyd and DanBull did great jobs of capturing the mannerisms/ways of speaking of these two historical titans. Great job, ERB!

I've got to say the final parts background is underappreciated it shows the people they fought against in flashes of thunder with rough riders for Theadore and Paratroopers for Chirchill,nice details.

ironically. the history part of this song is completely false. Theodore is singing about dropping bombs, wwii, and pearl harbor. but Theodore served as president in 1901 and died in 1919. this song is talking about Franklin D. Roosevelt, not Theodore Roosevelt.

Not gonna lie, Winston didn’t seem to take Theodore too seriously, and didn’t give him a reaction, really. But Theodore also had some amazing lines, so I really can’t decide who won here!! Great job ERB!!!

Sometimes when I’m feeling down I come back to watch this. Teddy wouldn’t let a cry baby ride with him. Saddle up boys.

Fun fact: Theodore Roosevelt actually HATED being called “Teddy.” Every time someone referred to him as Teddy, he would quickly correct them. My history teacher told me it was because it was a nickname his wife used to call him before she died but I couldn’t find an actual source for it

Actually it was a baby bear, but you are right. The toy bears were named after the president after the word got around about what president Roosevelt did
