We went here the day after we went to Yellowstone and saw more Bison at this park than at Yellowstone. We also saw prairie dogs and horses. It was incredible!

Couldn’t agree more. The park is gorgeous, full of wildlife, and feels peace yet rugged at the same time. One of my favorite parks honestly.

Cool! The only time I’ve seen Wild horses were on Assateague Island in Maryland, quite big when you see them in person 😅 You should do a ranking video or tier list of every national park you visited like the one you did on the California Parks.

Thanks for watching! I’d love to see the wild horses on Assateague Island at some point. It looks like a pretty fascinating National Lakeshore 🙌🏻

@@TravelDashI did some biking over there a few years ago and a group of horses were actually right on the side of the bike road and got a bit agitated when we tried to pass, a bit scary for younger me

That park stands out so much because the rest of the area around it for hundreds of miles is nothing but flat. It can’t be ignored, it pops out. If it were a park in Colorado it would be ignored and probably be a State Park only. If it were in Nebraska it’d be a National Monument. 🫣🤫

Awesome video, I enjoyed it and a good explanation of both the south and north units and painted canyon overlook and various trails.

There are a few National Parks, you’ve show, that need a boat to reach-but if you can directly access one-it should be free or charge per vehicle vs per person. Change my mind.
