It's ok bro. But we only get over that **** when we pick those locks and face those emotions. Then you acknowledge the feelings and later comes the realization that they are emotions and we can learn to overcome them. Then freedom and the rest if our lives. Keep working on those locks.

I’m in my early 30s and still have both my parents, however I wish I did things with them 15 years ago, 20 years ago, hell even 10 years ago, I wish I went to the museum with my mom more, I wish I went to get ice cream with my dad more, I wish o played pingpong or went to the pool or beach or did any of that with them more because now they’re older and don’t have much motivation to leave the house, and I live on the complete opposite end of the continent from them.
