I'm 40 and still session every weekend just about. All those yrs blading kept me in shape and just thankful I have blading in my life!
The way Jon skates up to that first rail... Timeless. His body movements are buried deep into our collective consciousness. As for everything this man does, three words suffice: thank you, Boss!

Jon, your story of starting this company got me back in the mix. 40 years old, it's been more than 20 years since I did it every day. It was just gone when I went to college, and I'm so pumped to have it back. My 909s are arriving today. Cheers to you man!
Jon Julio the Legend! Looked up to you since the 90's. You are an inspiration my dude.
Fond memories - I used to watch Jon and those guys in the 90s, always loved his style. Unbelievable he's still doing it, what a legend. I dread to think what would happen if I tried a rail like that now.
So cool to see those legends still skating. I was just getting back from a street session. I'm 43, I was not wearing my helmet ;-D
Yooooooo me and my buddies actually made it in the video that’s so sick!

VG4 changed my life. Thank you Jon! You got the jazz
Soooo passionate and hardworking person! Added with a circle of friends treating each other like a family! Big up from the Philippines Mr.Julio!!! Salute! 🙌🔥💥💯🇵🇭

Haha same, that was unexpected. I still quote it to this day
Cheers to you Jon. So much pride in blading, seeing Filipinos skate, you starting a company, your company taking a subcultural stranglehold, OGs coming back... Who else you like? A Tribe Called Quest. What a ride.
Jon, you were a huge reason I got into skating back in the 90s and a huge reason I got back into it in the 20's. Thank you for being real man!
Epic! Thanks Ivan! Thanks Jon! 💙💙💙💙
Damn, Such a good feeling. Smiling ear to ear through the whole thing. 🥏🥏🥏🥏
Good to see Jon Julio still keeping rollerblading alive. Really miss England clothing!
it's a big fucking deal that this guy runs this brand the way he does. thank you Jon Julio - you've done so much for skating. you deserve all the success in the world!
So rad to see Jon still carrying the torch. I stopped blading in 2001 but I still can't look at a handrail without thinking of doing a kind grind or topsoul down it.
Beautiful. JJ shows what life is all about. Bravo and keep it up.
Yo I really appreciate this. Jon Julio was one of my favorite skaters when I was growing up. "You can have her" with him skating in Hoax 3... that was my first video I ever watched and I'll never forget being so inspired. I'm so thankful to know the people I had so much respect for are still able to live their lives with rollerblading almost (if not) at center stage.
Godbless you jon, thankyou for everything uve done for blading,im a 33 year old blader
This whole video made me smile, thanks again Jon. You have always been there for us. And yes, some of us never left🤘🔥👏
Good people with the best intentions will never change, you're awesome bro. Thank you putting the sport into the perspective it needs to be in. Jon Julio for president! Much love, keep killing it.
Such a nice edit. Getting to see roadhouse skate again, and ramos killing it was epic. Im at one of my local parks every morning 6 am six days a week. Old man sh*t. Im about two hours away, but if I am in the area I am coming to skate early morning for sure. Those hoodies and shirts are ill. Keep grindin!!!
dang this was dope. VG4 stayed on repeat in high school. Wish you guys the best
Thank you Don Julio and above all God for giving you the chance!
Watched with my wife, she also loved it. And says hi. Love to hear more about the back end of blading. Really well made, makes me proud to be a blader.
Wonderful man. I don’t skate anymore but Jon has always been striving to keep the sport looking creative/smart/fashionable against all odds and when you’re on the outside looking in a and seeing the dedication to his work and the culture it’s really commendable.
You still got the best fish brain in the business. 🤙🏽
i just got back into skating after a pretty long time off, and what I'm really enjoying now are the the life stories that are taking more of a center stage in videos like this. The tricks are amazing, but learning about everyone's journeys as they get older, develop, and mature as people is inspiring. It's very personal and you can understand a person more as you learn about their life and adversities. Fantastic video.
I dream of finding a rollerblading community again, this gives me hope!
Love these kind of videos and that I can support you and the company. Keep going Jon 🔵🔵🔵🔵
Very admirable for someone like Jon to be so dedicated to something he is passionate about. Crazy to think that someone who has been doing this for so long is still doing it and still in business.
Jon Juilo is a national treasure. Long Live Them
I'm just getting back into skating at 40 years old. I have two small daughters, and my oldest wants to learn how to skate. I will be buying a pair of them 909s to support Jon's business.
I swear on everything I love but the original design for the skate had a revit design on the cuff. So on instagram I messaged Jon about the potential for removing the cuffs to have to different colors and setups. Well he actually said "hold up a minute quick design change." That was fucking amazing to me cause I'm pretty sure no one had asked him that. Now you can definitely switch out your cuffs. That was years ago but I'll never forget that.
Yes Jon!!! Mega love guys!!! Xx
Legend, skated once with Jon Julio at Silver Creek HS in the 90s 🤙
::STANDING OVATION:: 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Of all the people who have nut hangers in the industry, julio deserves it. Keep gettin those products out. Keep expanding the industry. KEEP THOSE ROYALTIES UP! ...and keep the coffee commin man!
Thanks for everything Jon! U r living legend sir!
Damnnn Jon and roadhouse! im going to start back up now!
I was onboard and pre ordered the original 908s and im currently on 909s, so happy to see THEM doing well.
Damn, Jon Julio was my icon growing up. His was the style I was trying to imitate. Props on the vision and the company Spizer rolls up: *Spice Girls track begins*
I used to roller skate back in 2012, and stuff like this made me feel super motivated to get a pair and get outside!
Well deserved 👏 Here's to the continual growth of a skating icon and the vision that he has created 🙌
Just when I thought I couldn't love Jon Julio any more. What an absolute legend he is. Seeing those clips from vg4 brought back so many memories. I still know it word for word
I've looked up to Jon since I was a young kid, I'm so impressed with him to this day. What a true role model. Thank you Jon for all youve done for this guy.
And thank you Jon. The community thanks you too man.
Keep killing it guys! Nothing but love and support! Making a trip to Kona tomorrow to ride Them skates. 😁😁😁
I'm buying a pair of them skates after watching this. Good job boys.
Jon inspired me and my friends so much in our teens back in the 90’s. His style was the best, we always tried to take little bits of his style and recreate it out on the street and parks. Those were the days. Brought a big smile to my face to stumble across this video. It’s been 20 years or so since I bladed. Just brought a new set! Here’s to it!
That curved rail top soul was so sick. Dude's still got it, for sure!
So much love for this video! Thanks for everything you’ve done for skating Jon! I’m off to buy myself a hoodie
Jon, so great to see you doing what you love and doing it well! Thank for all the support you gave in our years of holding the James Short Memorial Session. James would approve! And, your kids are adorable!
Nice video ! Never give up Jon and welcome back in Paris if there is any THEM EU Tour!
That's a beautiful thing!! I love what you're doing salute from west Virginia. Keep up the awesome work. ❤🤘🔥
Lots of New Jersey rollerbladers look up to Jon Julio much respect.
This was hella dope!!! Thank you for this.
So sick, my next pair gotta be Them now for sure 🖤🏴☠️
What an awesome watch. Makes me hopeful.
Wow Jon. I can’t tell you how back those clips take me. I must have watched them 100 times. Thanks for the trip down memory lane and the incredible inertia you’ve helped to inject into the industry for a whole new generation of memories. Cheers!!
Dear Jon, I am 39 and grew up as the "aggressive" skate scene emerged and grew and remember getting your (and Randy's) autograph sometime in the late 90s at Woodward Skate Camp when I was in my teens. To this day I cannot look at a rail, ledge, or stairs without visualizing the endless possibilities on blades. I love watching your videos and am curious to know what the current market is in the inline world knowing how much has changed since the sport began. I wish you only the best and will look into your merchandise (this body cannot handle what it used to, amazed to see that you still skate regularly!).
Huge respect to Jon for his continuing love and involvement with skating for so long now. Keep up inspiring everyone!
Thanks for everything legend 🙌 I’m sure the whole industry would melt if you put Roadhouse on and gave him a pro skate. He hella deserves it and that shit would sell a million 💪
You guys look awesome!!- Sharp as a sword... We love you guys, never stop
So amazing, thanx for sharing and good luck on Valo 6. I'll watch it later on Amzn prime 🤟🏼👊🏼
Hell yeah! Beautiful piece of work Ivan! Great Man, great brand, greatest legacy in blading.

Jon is such a legend in this game. Thank you for everything
I remember watching the 90's groove vids, immediately after getting me and the boys to meet up at our middle school building in town and hit every curb we could skate! We owe it all to julio!
If anyone could do it it’s Jon! Thank you so much for all the work you’ve put in over the years!
Jon, thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for the culture and sport.
Beautiful video 💙 and proud being a blader with this great community! Thank you all for your work! And this skates even fits my wide as hell feet haha! Greetings from Germanys North 💙

great video, looking forward to next time I'm in Santa Ana
THEM just getting started. Big future ahead
So sick! Julio inspires me
Ill have to get a pair of them skates soon. I still ride my Remz but Ill need some new ones eventually and Its rad to see that jon is the owner of them. I was sad when I didnt see Valo anymore but finding that you have been able to go this route is definitely awesome news. I still have my daily bread magazines and a ton of Video groove VHS takes. I even still have some England clothing/bag as well as mindgame and fiction. Id never wanna relive highschool but I wouldnt say no to reliving the days when I was fearless and wouldnt hestiate to try some crazy rail or soemthing. Its still fun to skate but much more reserved these days. The ground hurts so much more 😅
