The tree says, "Ouch!"
Very nice tree house. Love the open spacious feeling inside, the deck is definitely a great place to chill and take in nature's beauty.
Absolutely love this home! A great design, nice materials, and great owners!
I imagine this beautiful place to be both grounding and uplifting like a spiritual experience.
This couple is my kind of Weirdo. Their well considered design and execution resonates with me. I’m guessing that their guests have a similar simpatico experience. They created a transcendent space for reflection and renewal. Well done!
Love this treehouse Jenna, especially the plywood sheets instead of tongue and groove! I especially like being way above the ground. Keeps critters from living underneath and fighting with skunks over the space. It also helps those of us with serious respiratory issues.
Gorgeous treehouse. love the pottery. Very talented.
Always loved tree houses. Constant childhood goals, every tree I climbed.
A CLEAR TUBE AROUND THE TREE...A GREAT WATERFALL WHEN IT RAINS DOWN ..LIGHT IT UP TOO AWESOME
What a beautiful, amazing tree house. The dish drain rack is ingenious yet simple and so long overdue invention. Thank you.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
❤Yes you can fix the rain. Put a clear tube around the tree, so the rain goes down tree and out the bottom. Your black tube around it now can still be used. Hope you try it.😊😊😊😊
Thank you for this video showing the Black Green tree house. The tree house interior design is very beautiful. The pottery is beautiful too. Building this for others is wonderful. Thank you very good. ❤🎉😊
This is the first tree house I've seen like this. It is grogous. ❤❤❤
Love the tree house! Love the porch. It’s very nice to have to go outside and just relax. And listen to nature! Thank you for showing this beautiful tree house and I love the pottery!
This is Fantastic !! I was admiring nature and the tiny, until I did not notice the foundation until he started talking about it. He did a good job incorporating the tress into the build. He said he likes it now the added support, being in shaker territory, it was necessary. But nowadays a earthquake can happen anywhere. He did an awesome job building this. Even though he has to deal with the water flowing down the tree. I believe Frank Lloyd Wright had a tree inside one of his builds I'm not a fan of open showers, nor tree houses, but I Really like his. The kitchen is beautiful, love the dish rack. I could sit on that porch all day. The color selection of everything is Perfection. The home is so earthy. This seems like The Place to do nothing but relax, read a book, or listen to jazz, it has that vibe. They are both creatuve people, her ceramics are beautiful, wouldn't mind buying some. This is one beautiful property, I enjoyed watching this . Tfs.
This place was so beautiful and peaceful. It’s only an hour from me. I wish I was enough of an artist to stay there!
Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful house. I was born in Bremerton, and grew up in the Cascades. Having a view of water and the mountains is like a cool drink of water for the soul. When (at 7:40) Shawn mentioned drawing people through a space with light (or other features), I was reminded of my classes at the U of W with Philip Thiel, and his ideas on moving people through an environment, with attention to the rhythm of light/dark, wide/narrow, high/low. He even developed a system of notation to document the existing or desired effects.
Wow, amazing, so well thought. A special tree house indeed. I would use induction for cooking, no gas and risk of fire. Also some kind of hammock would be nice. Beautifully done. The whole thing (including hosting artists) is awesome . Such a special location as well. I'm sure it must be very costly, but inspiring. Cheers

I am quite surprised that there was so much engineering involved as it's not even that high off the ground🤣
Beautiful tree house,,watching from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬
The hour long boat certainly would start to shift me. As a multi-media artist & writer I would love to stay there for a bit. (I love ceramics. I haven’t touched clay in a million years.) Sadly even if the opportunity was there I wouldn’t be able to do so. I wouldn’t be able to do those stairs. The home is warm and cozy. The view is breathtaking. The pottery is wonderful. Even the bathroom is great. 😄 I love all the ply. Sheetrock/drywall has no soul.
I like any kind of wood over sheetrock. I HATE sheetrock. This is a beautiful treehouse. I've asked for something like this to spend hours in on our property. Maybe even to sleep and hunt out of. 😂😂😂😂 I'm tired of sitting on the ground. Lol
This is a beautiful home, trees, view, and perfection. You are blessed
I love this place it would be so inspirational living up there while trying to complete their work. Brilliant amazing couple NZ❤
Gorgeous home. I love that part of the country, Washington state and that area is so beautiful. Take care.😊
Stunning! I wouldn’t rent it! I would live in it!
Love tree houses. This one is lovely too. Love the porch. Love wood interior of any kind. Dish rack n shower idea is brilliant. But for me I gotta have over kill of windows lol. 🍻
Love the round windows
I love the open shower even if im not a fan of those big rain style heads. Open showers are so relaxing and comforting to me. I also love the kitchen shelving and dishes, beautiful.
Lovely people and amazing tree home, I love it ♥
The concept of this treehouse is wonderful! Open concept even in the shower! As an artist, I could see myself staying there and getting energized all over again! I did have one question….I didn’t see any plumbing leading up to the treehouse. I wondered if they hid it well, or what? The color scheme was on point, as wood tones really bounce off of the black cabinets and other fixtures of the house.
Absolutely beautiful thanks for sharing.
Well done & beautiful, congratulations. 👍🏾👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾
It brings out the child🫠🩷
I love it! I'm a fan of Tree Houses 🎉 Thanks Jenna 😊! JO JO IN VT 💞
Beautiful. I love there idea of the tree house.
For some reason I didn't want to like this video, but found myself empathizing with most of what they both said by the end
Wow this is so beautiful
think i will become an artist so i ccould spend three weeks there.. breath taking and such a cool couple.
Round and Square shape shower design could be carried across to the tree that runs through the home. Use acrylic or glass panels to build a floating box around the tree that still allows it to feel like part of the space without the sealing issues.
Simply gorgeous tree house
How do you guys source water / power inside the tree house? I mean do you guys use battery power for lights inside and just haul water up there since you guys are in the middle of no where.
I believe this is one of the reasons why I am a subscriber
Totally Awesome
I have a similar idea for a draining dishrack/shelf
Yes! I'd need a woodstove in there...
I love this tree house 🏠 no further questions ❤👍🏾
Beautiful tree house ❤❤
We love nature so we spiked these trees in eighteen different places!! In eighty years we’ll have to do reconstruction to allow the trees to move and grow!! 😂
Beautiful but I would never risk hurting those trees in the long run. I would however have a wood built home because it beats sharing a cave with a bear!

Most professional treehouse builders anchor the house to the trees in such a manner that it doesn't hurt the trees. Their internal structures aren't damaged, & they have room to grow. It doesn't make sense to risk the trees that are holding up your house...
My yellow lab had the same name. I have property in Tahuya.
Great job on the house dezine
Truly a decadent, futuristic design with forethought and emotional intelligence.
I wonder if the dogs like to mark the trees 😅
Wow!

Great DESIGN & Ideas , better above treetops DOUBLED as Watch TOWER ?
Lllllloooooove it! 🤗❤️
Stunning treehouse , love the golden hue inside and the covered porch. The woodstove would have been a MUST HAVE for me though😊

Adorable cabane
Truth be told it’s an elevated house encompassing a tree.
Everything is gorgeous! This combination of nature, wildness and yet all the comfort of civilisation is fantastic! But I couldn't understand where does the electricity and water come from! I couldn't see any solar batteries or pumps or canalisation system.

Didn’t you see the property/house next door? It isn’t out in the middle of nowhere.
Pretty. How can you clean the skylights? And windows?
Beautiful place. What do they do for plumbing?
To put static forces up against dynamic forces of the moving trees is like putting an unstoppable force against an unmovable object. Something is going to break.
P.S. We have alot of earthquakes here also now winds we just have had bad weather inclu winds rain etc
The last thing anyone who owns property should ask is " is this legal ?" .... dont be those people.
Luv her comment about how much it cost them...
🤘 😁 🤘
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
warp Ivy around the trees, they will soak up the water!
I want the house in forest in the movie the wild witch
Dude messed up the entire episode with the first thing to come out his mouth
what if the tree gets struck by lightning?

Its very cool but i dont think i would have attached to the trees.
My question is, will the connectors that are in the trees, cause the trees to die or cause damage to the trees?

No, They do not. Watch Nelson Treehouses. Pete Nelson lives in Washington also and builds treehouses all over the world. There’s photos of a tree that grew around a bicycle on the net. Trees are pretty resilient. I love trees 😉

Whoops! Can't watch a video where the actual tree goes up through the house. I couldn't stay there, as I'd never stop thinking about ants invading the space.
Did he say we came from monkeys? lol
I'll pass on the smell of wet tree in my house after all the rain in Washington and having to hunt and fish for food.
What if the trees die and then what?
@vanessahennessey1875

I was thinking that too.
I wish the trees weren’t drilled into. Over a hundred years old and they suddenly get huge metal rods drilled through. It’s 2024, aren’t we able to build treehouses without harming the trees??
I’m no monkey sir Nice treehouse
Geez since we are monkeys and we come from the monkeys HOLY COW someone needs a few books to clarify that false reality...
So do these owners just do these videos to market their air bnb businesses? My point being, they’re not really ‘homes’

He said we are monkeys that came from the trees. In other words...monkeys live in the trees. Of course, not all monkeys. I read the Bible and I believe God made us to evolve. And we have, and do keep evolving. Just like all living things. Including plants, trees, etc. All living things evolve in their environment for survival. And I believe God gave all living things that ability. But I also have respect for the beliefs of most religions. I worship and respect the earth and all that it provides for us. And I believe we must take care of the earth and everything on it, with love & respect. Animals should not be abused for profit, etc. They should be allowed to have a healthy life, given the food they're meant to eat, , free range, allowed to graze, etc., before they become our food.

We did not come from monkey's. We were created by God. 🤨
