Exactly most of the time they're busy making parliament a fish market and roasting each other instead of actually discussing or debating over a single motion.

There are always two sides for everything. We should view everything from a 360 degree view I have two things to say- one for the motion, and other against the motion. For the motion- Politicians have failed to fulfill everything that has been promised by them. They have only been able to preach big big things, and when it comes to fulfill those they would simply step aside. Against the motion- Politicians are always made the scapegoat all the time. As Vipul Nanda mentioned that we want everything right at our doorstep. I mean that's completely ridiculous. Gandhiji and his friends were not the only one in the Dandi March, instead thousands of people joined Gandhiji. This shows that politicians are not the only one to act. We need to struggle for everything, I would like to quote my class teacher's statement, "If we want to be like sun, then we must burn like sun". We all dream of Mercedes or BMW or Jaguar, but when it comes to hard work we don't even work for Maruti 800. We all dream of a country free from Corruption, Poverty, Unemployment etc.; but when it comes to struggle for that, we all step aside. No one is perfect in this world. Everyone does make a mistake, after all humans are subject to error. As we all know that the all the fingers of fist are different, everyone has their weakness, everyone has their follies, but when they are together as a fist they can take down men. So both politicians and the society both have a role to play. We should stop playing the blame game rather start being the change we want to see for our country

Firstly, I thank all the speakers/participants. Debates arises when there is differences of opinion. People are free to have opinions but that doesn't mean they are correct. Who decides what is correct? (ans below) Politics by nature allows for debates and opinions. This is not the case in science/engineering. The method of science is not subject to interpretation. Yes, it is subject to change and improvements but when the facts are revealed, the conclusions are always the same, regardless of any personal opinions. Therefore, facts backed by evidence and peer reviewed data determines what is correct based on the scientific method, which is not subject to debate. Now, a replacement of bureaucracy with a technocracy is the need of the hour, but this is not a final solution. Putting good people in politics will never be enough because the systems of politics itself, is unscientific. Laws/policy are results of improper design. Ex: Instead of putting a notice, "Drive carefully, slippery when wet", a self-driven car on a braced road gets the job done and at the same time proves the notice/law/policy obsolete. This is design replacing policy. This is the new solution. It is not the final solution. It is a proven solution that works in all cases and is the same for all the countries, regardless of race, culture, identities etc. Maths is the guiding tool and as we know, we cannot debate maths. Therefore, the transition will have oppositions that say, this view is not practical and people have the right to be unscientific etc., to this I say, it may take a while but like always, facts triumph over opinions. Opinions can be debated. Facts are not debatable. This technocracy will take place. The question is not if it will happen but when it will happen.

what you say is a fact is in itself an opinion. It may become a fact if science or a more apt term for what you refer to would be technology + skills, are capable enough to replace or exceed the human condition that deals with several unpredictable variables not yet fully defined by science. If you so keenly think utopia, of the type you so desire, is the answer, then this should first be experimented on a mass scale before drawing such a conclusion. And no, science can be debated. Please think that through. Several theories have gone through changes throughout the centuries only on via debate. To undermine the capability of us fellow humans, and to see situations in black and white - deals with the economics of dreamers. The economics of reality however, is more of a trade - off of pro vs con. Perfection can never be attained, even with the use of more/maximum technology. You should also stop contradicting your own points.

The points raised by the first speaker who is the youngest among the participants gave the perfect points. Education Employment Dignity of life Politicians should based their theme of their own party on these three points and each parties should remember the RTI is the most crucial thing to be regarded in every action of the govt. since they are the peoples' representatives. On the other hand, generally every individual citizen must know his or her duty as a voter/elector. As I have said, RTI must be regarded the basic element between the people and the representatives for the betterment of governing ourselves.

If I will against their culture and trandition, I will get votes or not. Even I can lose my popularity among them as local leader. I'm targeting khap panchayat which is very common in north India.
