Starring Harvey Keitel as a US DEA agent sent to London to help Scotland Yard apprehend an American drug dealer with a large number of youths in his organization, all of them ready to embrace a new style of Yankee ruthlessness. Co-starring Viggo Mortenson and Thandiwe Newton. The feature directing debut of Danny Cannon, later to helm JUDGE DREDD with Sylvester Stallone, I STILL KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER, and GEOSTORM, along with executive producing the first three "CSI" crime dramas for CBS.

Intense trailer. Its way better than the actual movie.
The only forgettable film from an otherwise incredible run from Keitel between 1992 and 1994
Awesome trailer…but the movie is dull. I mean, the cinematography is good, Keitel is decent and the music is solid but man, it is just so plodding and boring.
