Combat sports probably have the worst ratio of number of viewers to how many people actually partake in the sport. A lot more basketball fans will shoot hoops at the park than mma fans will go to Friday night sparring.

Ive noticed the greatest fighters are able to adjust mid fight and usually have distinctive attributes to their movement, strikes, defense, etc. This is the problem with many gyms. They try to train their fighters into this cookie cutter mold of fundamentals with little to no creativity or focus on that fighter's natural attributes and instinctive talents.

1: Close your eyes when you swing, it increase power and speed by 30% 2: Throw as many full power punches as you can to increase the probability of landing a KO shot. 3: Defence is for cowards, eat shots to demoralise your opponent. 4: Always swang and bang
