The thing I really enjoyed about this movie is how they kept the characters together for so long and there wasn’t any single distinguishable antagonist throughout the film. This turned out to be a lot better than I initially thought. 😊

I really love this movie

Why does people in horror movies always do things that are opposite of what normal people do? Instead of running away from the forest haunted forest, they go in and try to solve the puzzle.

The girl made it through the forest to the road so it was obviously the only way out. It actually makes sense to try to solve a puzzle if that means you can figure out a way to be free.

@@mr.warlight9086 If you saw such great horror movies as the string of pictures from Hammer Studios in England like Dracula with Christopher Lee, The Plague of the Zombies, The Curse of the Mummy´s Tomb, The Curse of Frankenstein, Quatermass and the Pit, The Reptile, and many more and these classics are from just one studio, then how you could mention this video with such glowing praise baffles me.

Moral lesson of the movie,most of us are probably stuck at something we don't know it's where abouts, we keeping rotating around it for years & years not knowing that it's cause is a spiritual cause.

"Do you think she was trying to leave and could'nt?". Seriously, her tongue was cut out, she did not want to go in the house, would not go upstairs - those people are a bit slow on the uptake.

What I don't understand is why didn't they give the girl without a tongue a pen and paper, right at the beginning ??

If you watch till the end you will see that it’s a lop that doesn’t end and the girl doesn’t know that so a pen wouldn’t help!

I wish there was a sequel to this movie, that has the little girls back story and how she's just used to seeing new families come in and repeat the same mistakes.

@@marksneddon I watched it twice and it's the same girl that has her tongue cut out. Unless you're talking about the teenage girl that finally made it to the road just to get picked up by the guys at the end and taken back to the house. In that case the little girl with her tongue cut out would still be at the house because she wasn't killed and didn't get away.

I watched the ending for a third time and the little girl was not killed and didn't leave the woods either. The teenager went back to the house but the movie ended so the teenager could have been killed and the little girl could have stayed. The ending only reveals that nobody ever gets to leave the property. So they could still make a sequel with the little girl's back story that would include the teenager being killed by her dad. The dad was shot but he didn't die.

@@marksneddon the teenage girl was brought back at the end but it ended when they got her out of the car, her tongue wasn't cut out. The girl with her tongue cut out was still alive in the woods.

@@charmainemutandwa4689 Dumb and Dumber is hilarious!!! I remember seeing that with my Dad and brother at the movie theater. We had a blast!!! Favorite scene was Harry using the broken toilet!!! On a different note, I like both"Independence Day" movies and the "Jurassic Park" series.

This movie should've added more things at the end for example where the girl without a toungue went and did the the father survive and did amy get killed or just threatened and much more things which a part 2 will explain all

Really good for a low budget movie. Truly, really nice. I didnt buy the "one month after" part because anyone would have look out for everything on that house and things would have gone south earlier. But still, i loved it

Woo Actually this film is very interesting . I should watch this film lots of time .

I believe the mom had killed her daughter and after her suicide the father could leave at any point but his son couldn't. Everyone else was trapped until the ppl who needed to die did. Meaning Emmy and the girl with the cut tongue could've left if Emmys dad died first . Idk if step mom could sounds like she did sins stuff too

⁠@@aimankhalique1863So both families end up getting invited to this open house right? One of the families which is the guy who has the teenage daughter foreclosed it. Both of these families go to see the house but they don’t realize that once they go they can never leave. The guy that lived in that house haunts it with his son. Later in the movie you also find out that the other couple had a connection to them too. Their son the one on the crutches ran over the man’s wife before seeing the house. The house starts driving both families insane. Then they find out that only one family can live. They believe that is the other family is dead they will get to leave. That’s not what happens though. The house plays on peoples emotions and uses the bad things that happened to them. What part do you not understand though?

Very enjoyable film, very twisted with some decent sinister scenes. Well worth watching.

There's nothing to understand, two families are trapped in a space of time where is impossible to get out of....the young girl with the black hair understood how it works...you have to walk backwards to reach the reality.....everything that happens doesn't have a lot of sense apparently....but which horror movie have a logic sense in its totality 😅....they are made to manipulate the minds...and as less do expect....booooo 😅 in the meantime I am in the part where the telephone ☎️ 😀 😅is ringing....sorry I have to answer 😅😅😅😅😅 1:13:47 ......

They should've figured out that they can't leave, long before it got dark. And, a month later.. They still don't have any info, about what the girl knows?

This film looks beautiful too but the movie was too much effort to make it into the movie full screen so I don’t know you could say. I think it is very well and written.

That was something! Liked the song in the end a lot,too.

I can see why people are angry about the ending to an otherwise very good film. After about 1hr15mins a certain character acts very very daft and that person deserves what happens to them at the end. I guess it's justified by what that character does but it's still would have been better if that character used their brain.

She made it to the road. Then rescued by the people. But back at the same house. And the story will repeat. That's how the no tongue girl escaped in the starting of the movie but got back the house again. In short it's a loop story.
