Huohuo is probably, not as a unit but as a character is the most miserable thing one can actually think of. Imagine a little girl scared of spirits, with a sentient butthole, possesed by a ghost that sounds like a middle aged man, who can lift you up in the air and smash youre head against the ground, and you have no control over it.. I can't imagine the sadist who came up with the idea.

it’s kinda hard to make a tier list in hsr cuz every new character powercreeps the older ones. Thats one thing that genshin just handels so much better.

Imo its just because Genshin have elemental reactions. Its different mechanics overall. Tbf its not even that hard. Jingliu is top DPS, Kafka & Topaz needs their own comps etc. The only hard one to make is Harmony & sustainers. Each of them served different roles.

Idek how many DPS I would legitimately put on a top 10 list besides Jingliu (because she just shreds through anything no matter the content) because with the right supports you can make most of em work 😶

this is pretty much my tier list as well but I'll put DHIL above Jing Liu just because he smashes so hard in SU with the propagation path. I like to play SU and I would argue it's more "end game" than both MoC and pure fiction.

Id' argue that BS isn't as universaly good than other character, you can't put her there without putting Jing Yuan for example. So instead of putting them both in top 10 i'd demote BS and put Ting Yun instead. Also one could arguee Kafka and BS are only this high up when played together, so i'd put bronya above them. And i'd put Sparkle behind luocha/HuoHuo, Sparkle's a beast but those sustain units are just built different.

@@nhatmnguyen93 That's fair. I consider them equals. The reason i put JL over DH is because the latter really needs Sparkle to become a god dps unit. Jingliu can obliterate anything with just Pela or Tingyun. Jingliu is also more friendly to newcomers due to her massive 50% CR passive, making her easier to build. DHIL hits harder and he's now SP efficient with Sparkle, but if you don't have Sparkle JL is better and way easier to build IMO.
