Slowhiteguy I used the m14 extensively and I can tell you the gun wasn’t that great the recoil was ridiculous and unpredictable if you tried to use it as a ranged DMR

The STG is the first assault rifle The AK47 isn't but it popularized assualt rifles and then the M16 came along after the doomed M14

I like how these types of videos show the worst weapons of their games and yet the recorded gameplay shows a montage of them using these weapons really good

I used the AS-44 soo much when i randomly got the speed demon variant from a drop, give it a grip and a 4x or, extendo mags and and rds with the tight bore or whatever decreased hip spread, thing was a beast imo

the lv8 was amazing the fire rate was insane and the recoil was pretty low even with the charge up it was godly

Ok other than that handicap the LV8 Basillisk is literally amazing

Fun fact, the as44 was a fully automatic rifle based in the sks firing platform, and the inventor sadly passed away a young man. This left another automatic rifle in the spotlight, one made by a rather unknown engineer named Michael kalashnikov

When I first played Ghosts, the SC-2010 was my favorite ar, because of its low recoil and design, after some time I changed it for the Honey Badger

MG42 was a monster in WAW

The SMR was really good if you had select fire on it, making it a fully automatic weapon with the fire power of a semi auto

The m14 in BO1 had SO much recoil though. The FN FAL was the good one of the two

I'd say BO3 and 4 are inaccurate. BO3 would be the time-limited M14 because while it has decent stats, it's recoil was atrocious, even with Grip. It also had the weirdest recoil in the game. For BO4, it was the ICR for me. Once we got the Swat, it became useless because the Swat did what the ICR could, but better and with High Caliber (which it could easily use due to the low recoil). I would have actually said the Echohawk Dual Bore, but it's one of those underdogs where it gets better as you get used to it and finally get it's Grip.

The SMR is like the best gun in bo2 multiplayers really don’t think he plays enough cod to make these lists

The LV8 basilisk was my first black market gun in BO3 and personally,I loved it!it taught me a lot about timing and precision when it comes to shooting.

i think my favorite assault rifle from any COD would have to be the Tar-21 from mw2. That thing was a straight monster IMO.

Fully agreed there. At first I didn't recognize the gun (I knew I've seen it somewhere before, then it struck me - Future Weapons). After that, was my go-to gun for everything, slap on a red dot/holo and you're all set. From then on, any tar/mtar weapon gets a seal of approval from me. Glad there are other players who appreciate it as much as I, Tar-brother.

I would use the SMR more than the SWAT in bo2. I really like the SMR, yeah i get the fire cap but still the gun was actually good if you used it right! But i agree with the rest of the list. I was thinking about the FAL being a little nicer to use in bo1 instead of the m14 which had way too much recoil.

Honestly everybody sleeps on the SMR in bo2, if you unlocked full auto it was such a beast and the sc-2010 in ghosts was actually really good honestly

Iron sight on volk was really nice tho, I used it with stock, grip, and quickdraw and got like 20 de ats with it
