@@Morn__I feel like online music discourse has become somewhat damaging towards experiencing genuinely fantastic records. You’re called a “normie” if your favorite album happens to be Dark Side of the Moon, one of the quintessential albums in music history. I agree that perhaps including three Radiohead albums at the top of this tier list is overkill, but each of those albums are absolutely deserving of it, and as time passes on, the general consensus remains the same, which speaks volumes of how high quality those records truly are. They’re a predictable choice because they’re just that good.
As much as I love Radiohead, inno I think this list is so much more interesting if you were forced to pick one album from every artist only

That’s definitely interesting but man you better have an incredibly wide knowledge of music to nail that down. I’m looking at this trying to recognize albums I know but I’m just way out of my league here, now imagine that if every album was a different artist? Actually low key might make it easier for me, someone mentioned somewhere the same artist is on here 18 times. Clearly I do not know that artist.

If youre not into their music you dont have to be, but i gave it a shot and it really is some of the most sonically pleasing music ive ever heard. It is one of the most raw and honest albums to be released (B.L.U.R.E.M.I. being an expection since it is a criticism towards the music industry and features Donald Duck in the chorus). However, 'Trimm Trabb' has one of the heaviest riffs to come out and sounds more wicked live. The disrespect is huge...

How could anyone that loves Radiohead put Silent Alarm so low and simultaneously put AM and other indie rock albums somewhat high? Outstanding, and people say Bloc Party isn't underrated

@@pinthecool1I should've rephrased this, but the meme game was too strong. This isn't about rock favourits or ethnicity picks only. Just like a persons taste can change overtime, you can doubt on the fact this list is very one-dimensional. Just as RH was a brand then, the mainstream shift towards a current hiphop dominated era today is all here in this list. 90% of good hiphop apparently seems to be Kendrick Lamar or Kanye West. The cultural and social diversity is very sparse. It's like I can tell 10 from the overall 12 peeps who made this list have to live life in the same city with the same neighborhood at the same amount of social status.

Radiohead to me has just become another Tool, great music but highly overrated by sad individuals who need to touch grass and understand that their not that unique for listening to one of the most popular bands ever
Adding a “haven’t listened to yet” section to a “ranking” of best albums in existence is like calling a place one of the most beautiful places you ever been to, even though you only saw a video of it and never actually went to it.
Ray of light is overrated until you listen in headphones tbh- then you see why it’s rated so highly- the way the sounds warble in your ear is like 3D
