The World's Smallest Organ (1933)
Titles read: "The World's Smallest Organ. Shown by Sir Neville Wilkinson KCVO. Made for the famous Titania's Fairy Palace, this organ is another masterpiece of the miniature craftsman's art."
Location of events unknown - could be Pathe Studio, London.
Sir Neville Wilkinson shows us a small organ and presses the notes on the keyboard to show that they actually play. He points out the other working parts of the organ. A man called Mr Phillips plays a little tune on the organ with matchsticks.
The song after 1:21 is The Vicar of Bray, an old English folk tune.

I saw it a few years ago in Denmark, but it wasn't played at that time. Titania's Palace is in Denmark at Egeskov Castle.
thats friggin' adorkable. I love it. That can't have been easy to build either.
Needs a 16ft pedal Reed.
"What is this an organ for ants?"
That organ looked so cute!
Is the pedal playing? Where is this instrument?

@M K And yet your efforts were not in vein. You answered my question. Many thanks.
That's indeed a humongously small organ.
Churches could save a lot of money!

But the loudness of the sound of that small organ is not enough for tunes to be heard in every part of the church.

@@caelari1722 No problem, just build smaller churches :-) As it seems, we're having over 7 billion religions anyway..

Fun to look at but not fun to play it. I would've chose a lowest pitch stop. Love it.
Tiny Organ sounds so high pitched.
because why use fingers when you can just use matches?
