50 MPa concrete & 450 MPa steel, two way slabs the whole way up

Will you consider to build real life skyscrapers like Empire State or the old World Trade Center in 1:1 scale? Definitely with mod so we can build over the build limit

I honestly love The Butterfly. I love how the Columns and the glass curve/arches back, giving it a different style of Vancouver-ism within the Skyline. Also, it stands out elegantly within the Skyline, like how Vancouver House stands out. One of my favorite buildings in the City.
