The World's First Smart Humidifier with THREAD! The Airversa Humelle (AH1)

Ғылым және технология

The Humelle (or AH1) from Airversa is the world's first and only Thread-enabled Smart Humidifier. In this video, I go through pretty much all the features of this product, although as of the time of this recording, humidity is high in my part of the world, so while I tested a lot of the functions I haven't shown any humidification tests, as the high humidity hear would skew the results, so I thought it best not to include those, to keep it as neutral as possible. I did do tests that involved reducing the humidity as best as possible in the test room, then testing humidification, and it did work as expected.

Great review! I cannot wait for this to come out. One question.. is the sleep mode setting accessible through controller for home app just like humidifier? Thanks!

Hi, glad you liked the video. Many of the extra settings are not exposed to the Home app, but many will be exposed to HomeKit via third-party HomeKit apps.

Great video, TY very good job. A dehumidifier which is using HomeKit or Thread would be so welcomed too. Hope Airversa is working on it, after Purifier Purelle and this Humidifier. Trinity of HomeKit/Thread Devices - Amen 😇👍🏼😁

Yes, I’d love to see a HomeKit compatible dehumidifier - with or without Thread for that matter!

Does it come with an 80w sub and satellite speakers also? Or are they separate?

Then I’m in! Not going to use the humidifier though. But it makes a good added feature 😆

If this was near books would it leave the area damp?

    It’s likely, yes.

Whereas the humidifier operations seem totally fine, I found the color ring and the app controls of it to be extremely impressive, especially as a secondary function of this device.

I agree, the controls in the app are fairly comprehensive. You should be able to access many of the features via other third party HomeKit app too.

I was all in until I saw you need to fill it from the bottom. Sad

There does not appear to be a silent mode, the fan always has to be running. I was hoping a humidifier in this price range would be able to function silently. Maybe I just don’t understand how humidifiers work but my dumb ultrasonic humidifier puts out more mist and is silent and was $35…?HomeKit integration is very poor and glitchy. Wish you had covered this

I do cover noise levels in the video, but there is no mention of a ‘silent’ mode for this product, but it does go quite low. The fan has to be functioning to put out mist, so there’s no way around this, at least for this product. I personally didn’t find any issues with HomeKit integration, so it’s possible the one you have is faulty or needs resetting perhaps.
