The 1954 scooter has an unmistakeable "Honda" engine note, unlike that of any other manufacturer.

1914? and phatmoto still using pull start....
I hate electric start. I put a kick petal on my Harley back in the 70s. My 800 Kaw. 2002 is elec. start.
Shame they sound like a sewing machine.
