The multi-purpose complex was designed on land with an area of 317,000 square meters and seven floors. Its infrastructure area in the first phase is 1,350,000 square meters, which will be increased to 1,600,000 square meters when all the development phases are completed.
The first phase with the capacity of 267,000 square meters of gross leasable area and 708 retail units was opened on 1 May 2018.
Iran Mall has attended Mapic for three years (from 2015 to 2017) and has also been awarded by RLI as the best-anticipated shopping mall in terms of dimensions and spaces of services, culture and entertainment in 2017.
According to the Guinness World Records, the longest continuous concrete pour has been completed in Iran Mall. This record was achieved between 1 and 6 March 2018.
The traditional bazaar of Iran Mall is inspired by the markets of Tabriz, Isfahan, Shiraz, Qazvin, Qom, etc. The traditional bazaar of Iran Mall is a collection that has been designed and built based on historical patterns and methods of Iranian architecture about historical markets and related buildings.
This complex with the Iranian-Islamic architecture is a venue for displaying and selling handicrafts, souvenirs and products from various parts of Iran.
The centre of the bazaar is the Chahar Souq. Chahar Souq divides the bazaar into 4 sections, and each store's space is between 500 and 1000 meters. The traditional bazaar with an area of about 10,000 square meters is located in the west side of Iran Mall.
Didar Garden's roof is 14 meters long; this roof is made of glass and it is decorated with fountains and palm trees. The design of Didar Garden, which has an area of 3,000 square meters, is inspired by the architectural brick designs of Iran's central regions, such as Yazd and Kashan.
Mahan Garden with a width of 50 meters and an approximate length of 170 meters and an area of about 16,000 square meters has been built on three floors of the first to second commercial parking on five levels. Another feature of this garden is the design of its roof structure. For the first time in Iran, membrane coatings (ETFE) have been used to cover the roof of this building.
One of the most prominent parts of the traditional bazaar is the Mirror Hall, which is based on the design of the Hall of Mirrors of the Golestan Palace. More than 38 million pieces of mirror have been worked into it, and carpet from Neyshabouri carpet weavers covers 126 square meters.
On the southeastern side of the traditional bazaar of Iran Mall, an area of 250 square meters is devoted to a traditional drink shop.
The Iran Mall offers a separate structure known as the Jondishapour Library, named after Jondishapur University. The library uses earthy tones and a warm wood in its interior design to convey a sense of genuine Middle Eastern hospitality and comfort, and is built on three floors. It's equipped with more than 45,000 volumes of books, manuscripts, and documents. Separate reading studios also welcome those interested in reading books in a more secluded, private area.
The car showroom is located in the west of Iran Mall with the aim of showcasing the latest technology in the automotive industry. A café is located in the centre of the exhibition.

Not really Iran's accomplishment. This mall was designed by Norr Group, an architecture firm based in SF. If you look at all the stunning architecture marvels throughout the Middle East, it's amazing how all the civil engineering and design for almost all of them were done entirely by high IQ whites at American and European firms. Google lists of top architecture buildings in Middle East, and look up the firm for each. Mall of Qatar? Designed by Glabe + Taylor Architects, based in SF. Hamad International Airport? HOK (American). National Museum of Qatar? Jean Nouvel (French architect). Museum of Islamic Art? Chinese American architect. Qatar National Library? Dutch architect, Rem Koolhaas. Four Seasons Hotel Doha? Rockwell Group (NYC).

Iran, such a beautiful country, safe, clean, modern, stylish and ancient is a top place for tourists. As an Australian travelling around the world including Iran, I should say Iran is among the most beautiful and stylish places I have visited. To be honest with you, Persian architecture is unique and detailed and very advanced by nature.

Iran is a country with immense potential. The Persians have created multiple empires and nations because the people are resourceful, intelligent and determined. • @-mg-max-

    @-mg-max-

    10 ай бұрын

@@worldview730 Like everywhere else Iranians are not a monolithic people. There are many shades of gray in between those wearing complete Hijab and those lacking in Hijab. The minimum requirement for dress code is certainly much higher than say many parts of the world. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world and some US states now have majority Muslim population. While many have been attracted to the Liberal world view in Iran, there are many who are not or are somewhere in between and this is also the case throughout the world. Despite having many systemic contradictions (transition phase), just as US and EU countries have their own contradictions... Iran remains number one enemy of US, Zion and Liberal Market Democracy and LGBTQ+ regardless! To give you an idea however, one's lexicon and locution can be changed from "Freedom" and "Freewill" to "Power" and "Willpower" and yet human mind/heart would still function even better: 0- Instead of Freewill there is only Willpower (ditch lesser closer pleasures for greater distant pleasures). 1- Instead of Freedom there is Power (and it does not corrupt, one who lacks willpower is corruptible by default). 2- Instead of imaginary Freedom of Speech (not even a thing to give) you should worry about Power of Speech (Power to Speak + Power in the Speech) 3- There is no escape from power/domination hierarchies. (We all have varying degrees of power over one another). 4- Instead of respecting freedom of others you should have the willpower to "sacrifice your power" or "use your power" for others or against the injustice based on context. 5- Instead of Freedom of Choice there is Power to Choose but also Self-Determination (long term as opposed to short term and short sighted). 6- Duality in opposition does not explain everything, there is such a thing as duality in unity even in physics. 7- The liberal world believes that Freedom should never be sacrificed as it voids humanity, but we believe developing the willpower to be able to "sacrifice your power" is a fundamental human quality. We also have realistic understanding of concepts of Master (مولی) and Subordinate/Slave(عبد), there are good masters and bad masters as there are good subordinates/slaves and bad ones. 8- The most effective non-compliance today is to ditch freedom and freewill in favor of independence! (imperialists, exploiters and other dealers in dependence of countries and people, conveniently hide behind freedom!) : ) 9- We can also see what this freedom worship in practice and thought has led to over time, why should Iran follow the same footsteps?! (The woes of LGBTQ+ world). Today science is delivering brutal attacks on "freewill" and as an Iranian I can't be happier. Most humans are on autopilot and they have no "free" anything anyway!
