thank you very much!!
We're going to get the Hobart-Launnie rivalry up again, competing to be the most liveable this time! Tassie's the only Australian state which isn't just a primate (largest) capital city, because we've got large centres in the north 04:44 : I blame the cars, but anyways, you should see some of the old footage of Launnie when there were trams, you could live above shops, and there was other stuff -- Launnie was the birthplace of Australian Wattle Day (the sprig of Acacia dealbata is patriotic), and also a massive innovation city, such as notepads, sewerage, hydroelectricity, and other stuff I can't think of 09:37 : glad you enjoyed this part to stick with you, we've got good country for a few wine regions here, but also on the mainland. I think we get highly rated in the world, or I'm thinking about spirits too
hey Ashleigh, nice to see you made it to some of the places we love to visit, especially the lavender farm. you also made it to bells parade which is where we like to walk our dogs a lot. we were in Ulverstone yesterday for a short while on the way back from Burnie, perhaps we were there at the same time :)
When I went to Geeveston just south west of Hobart within a hour of being there I seen 2 platypus in the small creek that runs through town. One swam underneath platform we were standing on and around close by along with sitting on log scratching himself like dog. Was a amazing experience.
Get yourself to Bridport and call into the Bass Strait Freight Company. Get a lift on the Mathew Flinders IV to Flinders Island.
Great video and glad you did it while facing your bee phobia.
I have only ever seen the elusive and shy Platypus once in my life in the Broken River-Eungella National Park west of Mackay in North Queensland. But hey that 2,000 miles from you. They are most active just before and just after sunrise/sunset.
Did you walk the old railway between Lebrina and Wyena?
Visiting biggest lavender farm with bee phobia… for the fans! 🙏🏻

Should see Ross, Stanley is out of this world,,
I live in the next town 10 minutes past the lavender farm , it looks amazing when in full bloom , platypus are everywhere here , they're just a pest to most of us that like to fish in fresh water, and can't believe you rate Hobart better than Launceston , omg 🥺🥺🥺🥺🤔🤔🤔

how are you?! useful done~ 🤚
Your pronunciation of Ulverstone is so posh. Try Ulvastun. :)
Your in the wrong place in Latrobe to see platypuses try warrawee state reserve south of the town
The American take on everything was a bit much , sorry
