The Woman Exposing The Most Polluted Cities in America
Ғылым және технология
Davida Herzl is an entrepreneur who innovated a new way to measure air pollution at hyperlocal levels - she put the monitoring systems on cars. Now Aclima’s technology is deployed in cities around the world and is changing our understanding of how pollution moves through the urban environment.

Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in a twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. When you are no longer accumulating but withdrawing its hard to be anything but cautious.

This is exactly why I invest through an expert ! My broker Abernathy Nancy Louise is able to find opportunities in any market with her Growth Stock Strategy. To me it’s by far the best way to build long term wealth while managing your risk and emotions.

So she measures airc pollution by driving a polluting car. Got it.
But that high resolution only has it's value at that specific point in time. You can't generalize these results over time with that resolution unless those sensors are actually measuring the values and change over time. The tech attempts to give a bigger picture, but the results are only valid at the time they are collected.

@@HoldFastFilms nah. Static sensors can be tracked over time. That's kind of the point... To take multiple readings in the same location so you can be accurate with an assessment.

This data will be used and exploited for the justification and implementation of 15 minutes cities around the West.
Umm shes actively adding to the pollution with a pusher car like a Prius… she couldn’t even get a crappy Bolt.

I am a data analytics working in data science ML team. Now this data is not accurate. It's highly biased on a particular time. Plotting this data for time series analysis is not an option. I would love to talk to your data science team to understand how it's relatable to the business problem !!

Pretty intellectually disingenuous and deceptive of her to present the stats that way without being adjusted for the amount of women applying for VC funding versus the amount of men applying for it. You can't understand the implications of the stats if you don't consider them per capita

That'd be a reasonable consideration if the ratio were less extreme. There's plainly a lot of bias in funding.

idk, this looks like highly inaccurate
It is not Fair to do New York first haha.
Would it not be more accurate to have sensors in key parts of the city instead of moving around

This method is more expedient to gather data rather than installing new infrastructure and systems. The climate and pollution crisis data can be fast tracked and leveraged to sell the 15 Minute City plan around the west.

ok. I am 3 min into a video I clicked on solely for the air pollution aspect and details of that. Instead it is all about how a woman (what is a woman) had and has a hard time in business. I have absolutely no desire to watch this nonsense.

yawn woman in business, yarn. No business cares if you are a woman, they seek the best person for the job male or female.
Have to strongly disagree about the glass ceiling b*******. There hasn't been discrimination against women like that for quite some time in this country. But I am a huge fan of what she's doing.
This was about a womans perspective on gender inequality not about exposing the most pollued cities in the us. Utter rubbish

So a big fleet is hybrids, read "gas burning cars" , roaming around the city measuring air quality. Why not put sensors around cities? And why does it have to be women? And the stats she gave was pretty misleading.

The Prius is my favorite car because hybrids have great range and fuel economy. Because it's not enough to only have great range, that just means you have a big gas tank. And it's not enough to only have great fuel economy. That just means you run on batteries. But you get range anxiety and limited infrastructure.
I like things with a series of tubes. Like, there monitoring systems, or the Internet.
