He’s losing his patience is directly correlated with his loss of control. This ladies have HAD to have independence and now he can’t handle what he’s created. Awe poor Kody.

So Kody basically says Robin doesn’t want to be in the trees so she gets her big lot. Then Kody gets frustrated that his other “wives” actually have opinions concerning which area is going to be best for them.

It always seemed excessive. They don’t even have a bunch of small children anymore , why would they need all that space? Vegas was where they should have stayed.

When Kody presented moving from Vegas to the wives, he said it was because he was concerned about their financial situation. Then when they moved their financial situation worsened. Kody saying he was worried about their finial situation was a ploy and a lie.

I couldn't imagine being him making one wife happy let alone 4.

It's his way of stating if you don't like it, I can live in my home with possible new wives who are compliant to my wishes. He's all about that celestial kingdom.

7:15 glad he finally admitted it. Why would he care about where most of his wives live, when he doesn't actually care about most of his wives?

This was a few years ago. Christine isn't even with him anymore, nor is Jeanette and Meri has been mostly out for years.

The TV show salary is their primary income. Kody was a sales guy. Robyn was always unemployed but tried "Sisterwives Closet" for a while. Janelle and Christine worked odd real-life jobs (real estate, etc). Meri owns a BnB and a clothing line.

They have to sterilize the land , put in utilities ! A pile for electricity, where I live is 5,000 a pole ! Then build the roads and build the houses ! They need a few million for this ! Janelle, Meri and Christine will not be footing the bill ! I don’t know how k will get money out of Robyn ! The show money ! But that is not enough ! To live in a big house , pay for 3 university , 2 private schools ! Taxes ! Living expenses! No building will be happening any time soon ! We know how useless they are with money !!!

I looked up the records for Coyote Pass & not to my surprise I found Robyn & Kody owns 2 of the properties & Kody owns the other 2. No one else has their names on the deeds. I don't know who is responsible for the mortgages!

Look at the sizes of lots 4&5 compared to the other 3. Of course Robin will have the biggest front lot. The other will be for Janelle and have the community garden and greenhouses. He gets the lot with the pond and Mary and Christine get the 2 smallest ones. Isn’t that fair?

Unless you enjoy pain and humiliation why on earth would you stay!!! Sobyn will only cause more problems as time goes on, this behavior we are seeing now is just the tip of the iceberg!! Sobyn insults and shows no respect for anyone, especially Meri, but as long as Meri wants to play martyr or victim it will continue!!

That property could have been divided evenly so that all wives ended up with the same size lot. Also why did Kody need a lot on that lot they could have build a huge facility that they could have used for family gatherings. Kodys plan was always to have him and Robin end up with the most property. Robin shut up you are the problem.

I agree with you. Cody has established a pattern of marrying another woman every so many years. Whether or not if Christine leaves, it's about time for Cody to bring another woman into the mix. Saying that, it's my opinion that there should only be the four lots for the four women. Cody doesn't need to be there. He can have his own house somewhere else. Forcing wife #5 at such close proximity to the other wives is being extremely disrespectful. That's how I feel about the whole situation.....

The property near a water source seems to be the most profitable.

… Since Christine left Kody, it’s a matter of time when another wife leaves him. Can someone say child support? - 🤣💰… Kody better prepare himself to live in a run down shack (at least he’ll have shelter).

I believe Kody thinks he means well. However, it appears from this conversation, Kody wants all the power. He has no patience with the other wives, so they can share in the decision making. It “sounds” like, it’s Kody’s way and everyone else just nod their heads, yes. That’s not honoring of anyone and not respectful or loving to the four wives.

Instead of a 5th house, why not a hall to meet at?

Robyn is controlling this whole mess and acting like a victim….she’s a mess…get her off the show, put her in a cage. She gets Kody to herself she brainwashes him, and manipulates him. She’s a mess.

Oh dear. I knew it would end up here and worse. Cody is getting old and his wives are wiser. It was a recipe for disaster from the onset.

Should someone tell Meri why the pond is a big deal - it’s because Meri wouldn’t let the kids, when they were all living in the big house in Utah, cut through her apartment to get to the other side of the house. They had to go outside and go in another door, in all kinds of weather. So Janelle is worried that if the pond is on Meri’s property, she will control when people can use it.

The deeds to the lots are the same size, but the way that Kody had the land divided between them was not equal. Of course the half of the land belongs to Robyn & Kody & the other half belongs to Kody.

Arizona is in fact a community property state! So it doesn’t matter that Robyn’s name isn’t actually on the lots. She is the only legal wife therefore she owns what he owns! Fun fact: Nevada is also a community property state! However Utah is NOT! No wonder there was opposition to moving back there!

Had they gotten the land Meri liked, they wouldn’t have these issues.

Never understood why he bought this piece of land when nothing is happening regarding the start of building of houses. Nothing has happen. No construction at all. Its just an empty space that cost money, however if he continue to make Janelle and Meri more miserable they may sell their pieces back to him and Robyn gets what she wants.

I wonder if they get their own money from TLC or does it all go to Cody and he disperses the money to the wives?

Treed lots are more valuable per acre so I’m not sure why people on here are making a big deal out of the different sizes of the lots. Lots 2 and 3 are worth the most by area.
