Easter egg from an old LucasArts Game called "The Secret of monkey island" Guybrush Fights with insults, not swords. I will admit it took me two insults before I realized who I was talking to. I'm so glad I didn't just go straight into a fight, so worth it.

Okay but this is a double reference. One of the Pirates that Guybrush talks to in the Scumm Bar in Monkey Island 1 says "Guybrush? That's a stupid name" "Oh yeah? What's yours" "Mancomb, mancomb seepgood"

I was given a mancomb on my 13th birthday and my pubic region has been tangle-free ever since.
I wish they got the original voice actor for Guybrush to play this guy.

pretty close to how the curse of monkey island duels are done...a little more longer than the one's in the game through but close
I'm such a nerd for Monkey Island my assumption was that the "Mancomb" easter egg was just gonna be a Loom spiel. Still solid, though. Monkey Island's influence lives on.
