Amazing talk! Love how not only it was well explained and contextualized (what and why) but also we have means to apply what we learned (when and how). Can’t wait to practice it!

Wow that flew by! Excellent story telling ability and actually step by step instructions. You just saved me a couple thousand dollars of therapy sessions with this quick, easy and insightful way to feel my feelings. Your parting words are also moving. If our grandparents had learned these techniques, imagine how much more loving kindness we would have for our own selves, our own feelings and towards each other. Beautiful work Kim.
