The Wire is a phenomenal show! Glad you're enjoying it :) I would also recommend The Shield, and The Sopranos. If you haven't seen those, try to go into them without looking into them, especially The Shield👍

Regardless of the incident with the girls, he was doing business on the side with the Greek. All to help the union and keep their jobs afloat. Good intentions paved the way for a bad turnout. So the cover up makes Frank just as compliant unfortunately. And that trickles down to everyone involved. It’s a slippery slope when you try to take short cuts in life. Also, it’s all Ziggy’s fault. 😂😂😂

Stringer is taking those business classes for a simple reason: He wants to apply the ideas to the drug trade. You can see him doing this when he holds his own class for the dealers in the Barksdale organization.

I disagree - while Stringer is applying the ideas to the drug trade currently, I feel like his bigger goal is being able to make money when they have laundered the cash
