I got a watch from them 4 years ago and love it. It comes with 2 extra links. Purchased a higher end one this year and it was too small so asked to purchase two additional extra links like I did 4 years ago. They told me because this watch is so new they didn't know when they have 2 "spare" links. I returned it and they said I didn't include the original 2 extra links, and this was 30 days after they had received it. Plus they charged a 10% restocking fee. Not the same company they used to be.
The whiskey is the only real one I’m interested in because it has the best specs of all the Original Grain collections. Some even comes with domed sapphire crystals.
Let's talk about your horrible return policy. Why does everyone else offer at least 30 days but you limit it to 14 or final sales. Sounds like you don't stand behind your product.
