The well-known 1999 Pete 362 cabover now powering Landis & Sons Trucking

"Anyone on the East Coast will know the red cabover Pete that hauled for ShopRite," said owner-operator Mike Landis about this power unit, which he purchased from the original owner. That owner had spec'd his cabovers with this paint scheme going back to the mid-1970s, delivering groceries around the Northeast. Here Landis told the story of recognizing this 1999 Peterbilt 362 over many years and, finally, meeting its owner, Bennie Thomas of New Jersey, as Thomas was retiring in 2017. Landis, of Lititz, Pennsylvania, spoke for this video from this year's "That's a Big 10-4 on D.C." event on the National Mall.

Mr.benny pull trailers for shop rite sensed the late 80s never met Mr.benny but that was one truck I would be looking for to see one 95 north and south every day am pretty sure shoprite surely miss Mr.benny old time trucker retired to take care the wife👍
