And in fact, today I woke up and spent almost the entire day in bed. Then I got out and connected with nature by raking leaves and cleaning the grounds while I sat in my thoughts, and then i came hin and wanted to fall asleep at 8 pm. My day kept calling me to just go to sleep, lie down, meditate, go deep. I am definitely feeling it.
