i’m a 17-yr-old who was born & raised in the deeeep south (tn) but my family moved to kansas when i was 11. i absolutely adored storms in tennessee, and because i lived in a small town that was surrounded by mountains, all the severe weather would pretty much dissipate once getting to the mountains. now though in kansas, i’ve never been so anxious in my entire life bc of tornados. in my first year here, my mom was home alone & that lawrence tornado went directly over the house we were in in linwood, ks, so that definitely fuels the fear more lol. you have no idea how unbelievably helpful your channel is 🫶 it fuels my anxiety lol but it also keeps me safe and cautious. thank you for doing what you do :) edit; thank you for the people correcting me! i wasn’t aware that tennessee was just outside of the ‘deep south’ border area, but i also lived in georgia for some time too and that’s actually in the deep south parts so i do unexpectedly have some deep south connections! learned something new haha :)

Well SILLY ME, living here in the DFW area and I saw the thumbnail indicated DFW area was in the "Not Again" area. But then watching the video, it's not the DFW area very much at all.

Im very lucky to have been born and raised in Rockingham county Virginia in the Shenandoah valley. We rarely have the huge severe storms. We have the Appalachian mountains on the west and the blue ridge mountains on the east. Fairly mild weather year round. We've had the occasional derecho, tornado and hurricane but the mountains seem to make the weather go around us and reform. I don't see how you live with the fear of your house being blown down.
