I eat unprocessed normal food, sleep for 9 hours, exercise for an hour. Still I am in brain fog all the time. I feel nothing. I can do anything, can learn anything but have no motivation. My brain is not releasing any hormone of happiness or sadness.

Do you have any other sort of symptoms that bother you that could be related? I have adhd and struggle a lot with brain fog all of the time. The only thing that helps me is music, coffee or taking my stimulant meds

I can relate, I found that sitting still and doing nothing for an hour a day in a room or a corner helps a lot (emphasis on sitting)

not that bad, I'm sleeping at 5/6 am not having breakfast, sometimes I dont lunch either. If keepup with that sleep schedule, you can do better, it just only needs you to be bit more active

Sleeping at 10 pm is as , if not more important than sleeping 8 hrs. Get early morning sunlight in your eyes for atleast 5 mins preferably before 9 am
