Izen you need to check your math. Top tier crests at M+9, 3rd affix is at M+10

That data mined text says heroic is not available in Dungeon Finder - you can probably still just walk in with a premade group
Does the circle around our character equate to our hitbox? That is a bit larger than I expected, and makes sense why some ground effects hit when character's feet aren't in the ground effect.
