The voice was created by a media giant in charge of one of the biggest commercial platforms, a company called Talpa. Look it up: The voice kids schandal. I love Holland! This is such a great franchise! Wow, wow, WOW! Ben is incredible! Who else could have thought up this idea, but in Holland...THANK YOU HOLLAND! My grandfather fought in the first WW. I love the Dutch...met them in Istanbul! Much love to Holland from Toronto, Canada! Thank you for inventing The Voice!

So people are going off about how people from the us take credit for everything. So I would like to say that I live in the us and I have a lot of family who live in the Netherlands. And I agree that the us takes way to much credit for things. Yeah I'm dissing my own country. But I believe that Americans are way too arrogant. I can't wait to visit the Netherlands and see where I come from. I love you my fellow dutch people!

I'm American and ive visited many other countries and I'd like too say, granted I'm born and raised in Iowa, that arrogance is everywhere...not necessarily more in America. Again from Iowa so our way is a little different than say along the coast

I'm always amazed when I hear different singers from around the world speak in their native tongue with thier strong accents, but the moment they start singing it's in absolute PERFECT English without a trace of any accent at all.

Doesn't matter, as long as he sings the song better than the ones who sing it on a daily basis and the ones who wrote it.. Amazing performance !!!

I would buy his CD and be perfectly happy if I didn't understand a word he said, his voice is that of an angel.

Yes you're right, Holland is a part of the Netherlands (South-Holland and North-Holland), and the Netherlands is actually the land itself.

Listen to his voice, I suggest. It was also one of the first auditions of the first Voice show ever (in the world I mean). In the end, Ben Saunders has won the first season of the Voice, with some real competition (also with a former winner from Idols - 'Dutch Idol'). It was one of the assets of this show, that helped to sell it to the USA, UK, etcetera.

Ben is a talented guy not only can he sing but can fight freestyle too. Has two recording singing brothers and was the first ever winner of the voice. He is dutch but has english parents, also living in holland.

de eerste seizoenen van de voice was heerlijk. weten ze allemaal niet wat ze moeten zeggen terwijl er genoeg talent is.
