The algorithm randomly added you to my feed. For your gearbox question, I met a Mobil engineer years ago who turned me on to XHP 222 Special. "Mobilgrease XHP 222 Special is an extreme pressure grease fortified with 0.75% molybdenum disulfide that provides protection from wear under conditions pivoting." It's the only grease he would use on his tractors, hubs, and boat. I've had great success with it quieting down my Hustler mower spindles and on my JD loader. I leave 1/3-1/2 the space free in my gear boxes. Good luck!
