I never really left, during our busy season here it's hard to find the time to put the presentations together, film, edit, then respond to requests for materials. I am planning on updating most of videos over the next couple of months. My next one will be a tutorial on the new cost of living calculator.

Hi Jan, there is not enough material for a full video. In general, it is a huge depends, and often this can't be answered without looking at the home, the size of the home, and the quality of furnishings. This is my opinion. If you are selling a larger home, unless the furnishings are super nice, I would not sell a home as turnkey. Most people buying larger homes will bring their own furniture and furnishings that are not up to date will distract from the look of the home. If you are selling a villa and the furnishings are semi-nice, turnkey is a plus because many of the smaller homes are sold to investors or snowbirds who would like to eliminate the hassle of furnishing a home. We are afraid to :) I could put out a video every week, but we cant keep up with the demand that we currently have. I am hiring some back office people to take some admirative load off from us. This way we can take on more jobs. If you email me, I will send you some before and after photos

My wife is a bit camera shy. But, I do sprinkle into the videos some before and afters. Mainly we focus on updating the home, rather than full decorating. So, the before and afters sometimes are boring because the afters are blank canvases.

WE live in Brevard County . Our home is now 20 years old and we are considering selling and moving the the Villages . We want a simple home ,,,am trying to stay under 300 K . Can you contact us to assist ?? thanks
