We stayed at the other end of the street on the corner loved the house and that pond view!

That is a beautiful courtyard villa!

Ain't no way I would ever live that close to anyone. I live on the family farm where family is spaced out by 6-10 acres, cannot imagine living in a subdivision packed up like a bunch of sardines. Some love it but it is def Not for me!'

Nice home with a great view. How close is this is to new homes & villages being built & sold in Newell? I.ve never been to The Villages, but your video is making me think about planning a lifestyle visit. What did you enjoy most during your visit, & what would you change ? Thanks Tom from PA.

@@tomr.2907 Those homes you mention are about 10 miles south from this area. we toured a couple model homes there. we are still here for a couple days on our visit. what we've liked is we were given a presentation by a villages realtor, showed around the area and shown a few houses in our price and taste range, all without any pressure. he has followed up with us once, asked if we needed anything, and will follow up again on our last full day. also likes are that as newbies, they put us in a great spot, provided a golf cart and two bikes, all of which we used. we are very low key and do things without a rigid schedule so we have been enjoying the simple things like the weather, walks etc. the area is beautiful, clean and has a lot of activities. if you're on the fence, I say come on down and check it out. you won't know til you try it. the price is right and there's no obligation. so far can't think of anything we'd do differently
