When did i get old!! I just looked up this song to let my 13 year old daughter have a listen. Took me back to sitting with my mates back home in Easterhouse!

Got to say ... I was working on the evening shift in some dead-end going-nowhere mind-numbing place of work for a brief period... morale sapping stuff... the radio occasionally playing a reasonable song. Then, this comes on. Turn up the volume. WOW. THERE IS LIFE ON EARTH. Superb. Never forget it.

Totally agree. I've seen them live 3 times and every time they were immense. Their tunes are so underrated.

The U.K's most underrated band. Saw them last week at London Scala and they took the roof off

I’m in my mid 50’s. When u get to my age, songs from 18 years ago still seem pretty current! Anyway, this is a bonifide punk rock banger and I love it.

timeless. Could been a hit in any decade and even now.

This was my most listened to song this year. Energy is unmatched. A timeless classic for sure!

Album got me through and was sound track to maybe the darkest period of my life so far... not till i look back do i realise how deep in the depths of dispair i was at the time!!! ACE!!!

I am 63 and love em. arctic monkeys stole their limelight from day one as the indie media darlings. So unjust.

So great to see this almost impossible video to find again. The best Indie band within the previous 10 years from the UK. I loved your Shepherds Bush gig a few years back, this old middle-aged ex-punk from London thanks you. The best song and video without doubt. Wish I could actually buy it: It took 8 searches before I could even find this video, one of the best ever made of showing us Brit's simply letting our hair down and enjoying LIFE! Keep up the good work lads!

I was at this barrowlands gig, supporting babyshambles I think so anyway. It was just before they kind of exploded and the chant the view was on fire was going around. They opened with this song if I remember correctly. One of their mates tried to crowdsurf and almost broke my nose, prick. I hope he reads that. Those were the days for sure..

for the 600th time, they are an indie band, they dont like mainstream attention. They keep popular enough to make a living from what they do, Thats what a indie band is. take 1 look at kings of leon, they were world famous, double platinum? now theyre unheard of. They didnt like the mainstream attention so they changed their style. Thats the definition of a hardcore indie band. they eat mushrooms and worship the rainbow. Indie Rock 4 LYF!!!!!
