I'm reading these comments, the Libertines were a breath of fresh air, but these are fuckin unique, fuckin superb, i'm sorry but the Libertines album is'nt that great, listen to the View album, fuckin amazing! the best, newest style i've heard for a while.

The Jam are far better than the view and oasis. The libertines are up there with them lyk. And before all the view fans get on to me I love the view at the mo there my favourite band and have been to see them 5 times once being a festival they that year and they were on before the who and did a very good set.

they different guys smiths r indy pop and libertines are garage indy get over it ther different and although libertines may have bin inspired a little by the smiths they differed in time by like 25 years so go home

Mate, wot shite are u talkin, u can't compare The Libertines to Oasis, blur or The Smiths, not even in the same league, two good songs, Can't Stand me Now and Don't Look Back Into The Sun!, Thats it!

you can't really compare bands to the libertines, their unique but shit bands try and copy them but dont get it right
